Ghosts, Spoofing, and the NSA Spy Center

Some strange things have happened in my life recently, but then it's unlikely that these frequent strange occurrences ever stopped and more likely that I consciously ignored them for a time, one by one. I wish I could state that I was on drugs or drinking or anything that could explain the odd events and issues, but I take no drugs that could in any way alter my thoughts and I rarely drink alcohol.

I frequently make the statement that a person should never say anything that they do not want replayed for a jury. This refers to telephone calls, text messages, email, and in-person contacts. It refers to anything anywhere. I emphasize this often in my Blueprint books: Before you say anything to anyone on a telephone or in any company, consider how it might sound to a jury of your peers. Think before you speak (or text or email).

I lived by this rule throughout the years that I was in business with a few exceptions - when I snapped after experiencing harassment so severe that it was criminal. This is a main reason why there was no actual criminal case against me and the jury of my peers found me "not guilty" on both counts.

Today this is even more important for you, no matter what you do in life. Have you read the recently released article written by James Bamford and posted on Wired.com? It is a lengthy article and one of the most important that you will ever read, so read it thoroughly and completely and then read it again:

The NSA is Building the Country's Biggest Spy Center (Watch What You Say)

A short excerpt from page 3 of this lengthy article:

Binney left the NSA in late 2001, shortly after the agency launched its warrantless-wiretapping program. “They violated the Constitution setting it up,” he says bluntly. “But they didn’t care. They were going to do it anyway, and they were going to crucify anyone who stood in the way. When they started violating the Constitution, I couldn’t stay.” Binney says Stellar Wind was far larger than has been publicly disclosed and included not just eavesdropping on domestic phone calls but the inspection of domestic email. At the outset the program recorded 320 million calls a day, he says, which represented about 73 to 80 percent of the total volume of the agency’s worldwide intercepts. The haul only grew from there.

As of this minute, only 305 people gave it a +1 in Google (I was one of them). That in itself is shocking. However, also as of this minute, 14,781 people "liked" it on Facebook; I was one of them. I also shared it on my wall with my 15 Facebook friends. That in itself tells you how much of a social butterfly I'm not. I do try to be more social, but then things happen that stop me in my tracks. I can't tell you about those things here and that is not what this post is about.

I have every book that James Bamford has written and published. I have most in the expensive hardcover edition. While awaiting trial in 2002, and trying to figure out who had done what to me, I bought a copy of the newly released, Body of Secrets: Anatomy of the Ultra-Secret National Security Agency. After that purchase I made it a point to read all of Bamford's books; all are nonfiction and heavy with documentation.

Most recently, I came across a book in Amazon's Kindle store that really excited me. The book is not all about Watergate and JFK's assassination - it leads to September 11th and what is going on today. The author's name is a pseudonym, but in reality, I believe him to be a Washington insider. The book is, Against Them: How & Why Alexander Haig, Bob Woodward, Donald Rumsfeld, & Richard Cheney Covered Up the JFK Assassination in the Wake of the Watergate Break-in. It is an excellent, enlightening read.

In a discussion (April 2011 post on this blog) about the telephone number issues in Orlando, one of my last statements on the topic was that it involved Lockheed Martin and satellites. It absolutely does on both counts. The post:

Blocking Escort Services in Orlando: Always Evolving

Really read the article in Wired.com and you'll see that what I stated in the linked post was not as far-fetched as many seem to believe. But then most people (including telco security) used to believe (or claimed to anyway) that PBX blocking was impossible and I was off my rocker. Today such a thought sounds almost juvenile. Hint: It sounded juvenile to me back in 1993 when I heard the various responses to my investigation.

I am more advanced than most when it comes to telephone networks, spy satellites, phone phreaking, and spoofing. What is even worse, I know all too well what our government is capable of and have since I was a teenager living in Ramstein when my mother worked in DIA on the fourth floor in offices behind a vault. That was in 1975-1978. Suffice it to state that my level of knowledge has since advanced along with technology.

I'm one of those weird people that still believes the government is supposed to be of the people, by the people, and for the people.

So who in the hell signed-off on this new and much worse Total Information Awareness (TIA) spy center out in rural Utah? TIA was an Ashcroft program that was buried by public opinion - I thought we were long rid of Ashcroft. What in the hell is going on in this country and what has taken it over?

Backpage Under Attack: My Expert Opinion

Yesterday I did a search for the term “backpage” in Google News and found pages of news articles concerning recent arrests that involve ads on Backpage. Today I did the same search and found additional articles of arrests made in the past day. Village Voice Media, the owner of Backpage, is under serious attack by anyone and everyone that hates adult business of any type. Cops are using the website for stings all over the US now - really - search for yourself.

Before continuing here, I would like to go ahead and establish my expert status on the topic. While I am not an expert on sex trafficking, I do consider myself an expert on the so-called “sex trafficking experts” that are demanding Backpage remove its entire “adult” category, which includes the sub-categories: escorts; body rubs; strippers & strip clubs; dom and fetish; TS; male escorts; phone & websites; and adult jobs. I have dealt with one form or another of these experts with an agenda since 1992, and that is longer than any one of the so-called experts have tackled sex trafficking.

The religious groups involved in attacking Backpage are still cheering with delight over their victory at Craigslist. To clarify, it wasn't really a victory as those type of ads are now spread-out through many categories on Craigslist – participants in adult business manage to find the ads. Beyond this, Craigslist only lost in the court of public opinion and not in any actual court. In fact, if anything threatened by so many state attorney generals had actually gone to any court, Craigslist would have won and they all know it, which is why they choose the court of public opinion.

I would also like to establish that I have no horse in this race. I placed ads promoting my books in the “adult jobs” sub-category for close to a year ending over a year ago. So, I have no personal or business need for the “adult” category of Backpage and in fact, quite the opposite as many that purchase my Blueprint books start an escort service and follow instructions in the books and have websites and local listings online. There is no advice in any book to advertise services on Backpage or Craigslist and there never has been. There is an option discussed to place an ad in the sub-category “adult jobs” if one has any trouble finding independent escorts for the business, but then all advice is geared to working only with escorts over 21 years of age and even this option is updated to exclude such an ad anywhere on the Blueprint Blog.

The “adult” category ads on Backpage interfere with escort businesses that operate properly with websites and local listings, so I do not have any reason whatsoever to defend Backpage or the crowd that advertises in the “adult” category. Who really wants all these independent escorts advertising a $100 special? Not me or anyone that bought my books to enter the business. You can conclude that I have no horse in this race. My interest is based solely on the First Amendment rights of the publishers and an unequivocal disgust for the anti-adult business crowd.

The Print Publishing Agenda

When anything and everything adult went online many years ago we all realized that there would be good and bad. The world has progressed beyond print ads and this is true of any category. Is there anyone out there that actually believes that there were no sex traffickers that actually exploited children in operation before adult business went online? There were pimps on the street. There were underage prostitutes that worked for businesses that advertised in mainstream newspapers, independent news publications, and yellow pages. Nothing at all has changed except the delivery of the ad.

Print publications that include “adult” or “entertainment-adult” categories that have not succeeded in the world of online publishing and marketing would love to see the “adult” category of Backpage eliminated. Those inept advertisers not capable of creating and publishing a website or not interested in putting forth time and effort in their businesses to list online locally would probably flock back to print and they'd be back in the money – and make no mistake – it was big money for the print publishers. My print ads in the Reuben H. Donnelley (now Dex One Corporation) yellow pages in Central Florida total was around $50K back in 1996. These days one could accomplish the same by spending less than $1K a year online. Hopefully you understand the point here.

The Sex Trafficking Expert Agenda

These so-called sex trafficking experts disseminate false information to the naïve general population and most fall for it hook, line, and sinker. More often than not, people do not even bother to question the source agenda. You do realize that the DOJ passes out major grant money and funding to all of these so-called non-profit groups, right? They are non-profit” only in the sense that they do not show profits or pay tax on profits, but in reality all participants are collecting serious money in the form of paychecks and research grants. Do include local, state, and federal law enforcement in this agenda.

They have all formed task forces for what has existed forever by giving it a new label – the sex trafficking label. The pimp from the street moved online and now they all need $millions+ to find him – have you ever heard anything that absurd? I could pick out the pimps and underage prostitutes online easily in much less time and for much less money. These people are inept idiots that have managed to give themselves long-term paychecks at the expense of adult business, the US taxpayer, and the First Amendment.

DOJ-Funded Human Trafficking Task Forces – An excerpt:

“To facilitate multidistrict contacts and cooperation in sex trafficking cases, the U.S. Department of Justice has funded 42 jurisdictions and 36 trafficking victim services providers to form human trafficking task forces to identify and rescue victims of trafficking by proactively investigating such cases.”

Or could it be that it is not really a deep concern for a few underage prostitutes and their pimps and more of an anti-adult business agenda? Bingo. These people want to wipe-out all forms of adult business, but escort services and advertising websites used by escorts are the target du jour. They are happy that they'll put 200K+ adult independent escorts out of business with some lame pretense that they must stop a few minor girls from being sex trafficking victims. Bullshit – I have looked closer at many of their crap cases on this blog.

The fact is that they want no advertising venues to accept ads for any adult business or operator of any type. They have been at this for many years in the US, but have finally figured out out to get serious $$$$ for the agenda. Back when the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) went after Sprint Yellow Pages in Orlando there were no big funds available and few rallied to the cause – the MBI was on their own (with grant money from Disney) against the First Amendment rights of publishers and it was an ugly game. Now I am curious as to what is going on with the Weekly. All of the previously published stories about the MBI are unavailable, including The Morality Police, a major story published concerning many cases, including my own case. All stories that exposed the truth about the MBI have disappeared.

The Religious Agenda

This should be obvious to you. In the name of religious zealotry, the sex trafficking card is played often these days, but it isn't anything new for religious groups in the US to pursue the anti-adult agenda with any means available. A short story from Memoirs:

For an entire year I received about forty to eighty calls a month on my main toll-free number wherein the callers requested a free book about Jesus that they had seen advertised on a Christian program on television. I was always nice, and explained that it was a business line and I had no such ad. I advised them to call the program and question them about it. This was no big problem and only added about twenty or thirty dollars to my monthly bill.

After about a year, things suddenly changed: The phone would ring off the hook with calls coming in from all over the country. The callers were responding to an ad for free phone sex that ran on USA Network affiliate stations everywhere. Some stated that they saw the ad in a magazine as well. The callers described an ad with ladies almost entirely nude except for a small piece of lingerie. They all repeated my number to me, and the phone rang constantly with this crap from around eleven in the evening until two or three in the morning.

After about two months of these harassing calls I had the number disconnected. Every time I picked up the phone the billing started, and it was ten cents a minute. It was seriously running up the bill. I never actually saw the ad on television, but an escort that worked for me did and called me and described it to me. This was a toll-free number that I’d had since opening the business, and many repeat clients called it, usually from out-of-town numbers.

When I thought about the situation I realized that the free book about Jesus ad had not served the purpose that someone intended: to get me to turn the number off. Regardless, someone dug into their deep pockets and finally achieved the desired result. I was never able to get a person on the phone at any affiliate station that could direct me to anyone that had the advertiser’s information. This was an intelligent maneuver deliberately used to prevent me from receiving toll-free calls from clients, and it was successful.

The Court of Public Opinion

I can see that someone wanted all of those articles from the Orlando Weekly removed and unavailable online to the general population. They do not want you to know how long this war has been going on here and would prefer that you believed it was an admirable agenda. Someone told me many years ago (1993-94) that Orlando was a testing ground of sorts – I believe it. What used to be an MBI agenda is now being pursued all over the US using any and all tools in the toolbox. Caveat Emptor. The goods they are selling the general population are indeed defective in this situation.

Blocking Escort Services During Conventions

I have posted on this blog on occasion concerning the blocking of escort business telephone numbers and websites during conventions in Orlando. Telephone lines have been periodically blocked at least as far back as late 1992, because that is when I discovered the problems in Orlando. Eddie Munoz in Las Vegas started filing lawsuits back in 1995, so it has occurred in Vegas since at least that year and actually much earlier. In the early days of my business (1994), I heard from escort business operators in Los Angeles and Anaheim that they were experiencing the same trouble.

Last week I posted an article on my Blueprint Blog discussing the blocking and strategies of discovery and possible solutions. One reader was paying attention. He stated that he has quietly watched as huge conventions came to his city of operation out west for the last month, unsure of the next move. The conventions brought no business. One intelligent escort that contracts with him and a couple of other area services had similar thoughts, but after the last huge convention brought nothing, zero, zilch, she commented: “What is this, a eunuch convention?” I had to laugh – apparently all conventions in Orlando are eunuch conventions.

I am sorry that I cannot reveal which specific city in the Western US we are discussing here, but I am sworn to secrecy. I don't know this guy, but I verified that he is who he says he is before helping with his mission of discovery. Last night he contacted me and the first sentence out of his mouth was: “I bet you have had a lot of people saying that you are just a conspiracy nut, but this is really happening.”

Yes, no joke on both counts, right. I will name the man Joe so I don't have to continue calling him the guy or that man etc.... I can reveal some basic information here, but nothing that could prevent further discovery – apparently there's much discovery to deal with. Joe felt that several other operators in his area were in a state of “ignorant bliss” in that they haven't really noticed this serious problem. I have found that when an escort operator books every idiot that calls in a 60 mile radius, doesn't check any information, books crap motels and bad neighborhoods or college party situations, it isn't noticeable; not really anyway because they're still making decent money. They aren't taking into account that they'd be making triple or quadruple the $s if convention attendees could reach them.

My situation, especially in the later years of business, was that I always verified calls and only booked nice, mild clients in nice houses or better hotels. The few cops that I booked from late 1992 through September 2001, when I closed my business prior to my arrest, did check out. By the time I booked the last 2 out of the 4 over the years, they knew they had to work to book with me, and they did. The second to the last one had a verified return flight to Omaha. The last one was a repeat client - a good repeat local client turned informant.

These days, if I bother to deal with it to cover my research costs, I won't books locals or anyone not with a convention. The fact of the matter is that not one single caller that I have heard from since mid-January (yes – almost 5 months ago) has been here with a convention. Not even one. How believable is that? Especially when considering that the phone rings often from outlying areas (other counties), questionable areas (maybe safe and maybe not), UCF apartments, dumpy motels etc... It would be nice to believe that men had changed and none dial escort services anymore; however, the calls that I do receive prove otherwise. Only men in Orlando on conventions do not dial escort services. Hmmm...

Anyway, let's get back to Joe's discovery.

First Joe, armed with a variety of wireless phones, a laptop, a wireless modem, and a few helpers, drove to the area of this city's main convention center and set out towards hotel #1, a Hilton. Joe used an unknown wireless phone (not one that's in any ad anywhere) to dial his main business line that he had a helper answering in another area. He reached an odd recording that stated: “you must enter your PIN # to reach this number”. I must add that this sounds like one of those fake recording set-ups that I suggested on this blog long ago if a possible informant is dialing you in Responses to Witnesses and Informants.

Joe continued in his quest for answers. He walked a block from the main convention center and the Hilton, but still to no avail as he reached the same weird recording. He dialed his other helpers and had each move to a different area and each had no trouble at all reaching him on his main business line. He walked out another block – so now he was two blocks from the convention center and the Hilton. Same crap. It's clear that this is not tied to the Hilton alone. Joe repeated the same exercise with a Marriott, also close to the convention center, and received the same results. He walked out over 100 meters from each hotel with the same results.

Joe's tests were done at a time when there was a large convention in the area – 20,000. He also tested to see if he could search for and click on his websites. He was able to do both and viewed his websites from hotel lobbies using the wireless modem. He had no way of testing the hotel's ISP – I suggested on the Blueprint Blog that a person needed to check from inside a room using the hotel's ISP, not the free Wifi. Checking the Wifi access is a good idea too, but less important because blocking with the Wifi is simple for any hotel as I discussed in a previous post herein: Hotels using Wifi to Block and Censor.

A friend and I recently actually paid a convention attendee in Orlando to allow us to come-in and use the hotel's ISP for a check, but Joe wasn't comfortable with this. I was unable to view my sites using a wireless modem, the hotel's Wifi, or the hotel's ISP. So, Joe is better off in that the website is viewable with a wireless modem, but then again no one can reach his number anyway.

Given the radius that Joe's business line was unreachable, I must say that my original assessment in the last post on this blog on the topic that there is a satellite involved, is on target. It is not only inside a hotel or related to any specific hotel. It also answered another question for me: There have been many times that I heard from a potential client when he was 10 miles from his hotel and on the way back. I'd instruct that he should call me when he reached his room, but I would never hear from him again.

Joe believes that someone is doing all of this business, not much different than what I discovered back in 1993-95, when “Kendall” and I went out to the Disney Swan and Dolphin playing investigator. This is in the earlier chapters in Memoirs. Joe has some reasoning to believe this, but I am not so sure about that part. I have not explored this aspect of the problem in Orlando recently, but do intend to in the near future. Needless to say, Joe intends to get to the bottom of the entire debacle and find out who is screwing him out of so many good calls. In Joe's city this is a new problem and it wasn't happening a couple of months ago.

Of course I had to warn Joe – the relentless pursuit of me only began after I started gutting the telephone troubles and discussed it loudly with people in high places, including telco security. My arrest came after more loud discussion at the wrong people. Poor “Kendall” was ambushed (also in Memoirs). As far as I am concerned the blockers owe me $millions, and I am still looking to collect.

One thought to ponder: We must wonder what other types of businesses they're blocking. Small transportation companies? Small pizza parlors? I'm sure the practice is not isolated to the escort business.

Blocking Escort Services in Orlando: Always Evolving

Since I first discovered that escort business lines in Orlando were being blocked in area resorts, the methods have certainly evolved. Make no mistake – the simple techniques of past are still in operation, though at a more advanced stage; however, other means became necessary as technology (and phones) progressed and improved.

Back in the early days it was all about blocking escort business telephone numbers in hotel PBX systems and also programming at the telco central office in the case of one particular telco. It took me a good year to figure out the how back in 1993-94, but few could manage to wrap their minds around it. I met with statements that it could not be done and was impossible – from telephone company security, believe it or not. Hell, if they were that stupid, no wonder it was easily implemented. Denial, denial, and more denial topped with a jab of “that's crazy”. Yet it was so simple when we look back today.

To simplify how it worked with the old PBX systems:

There were a variety of PBX systems on the market and many had such a “blocking” feature. It was as simple as the tech guy programming the PBX to block a list of telephone numbers from being dialed from a block of rooms, say rooms reserved through a convention services company for a specific convention. Yes, PBX systems had a call blocking feature – still, I was called “crazy” and the fact that this was even technically possible was denied by everyone.

By the time the attendees arrived and checked-into their rooms that list of numbers was blocked and that conventioneer couldn't dial a number on on the list from his room. Other rooms not reserved for the specific large convention at that resort could dial the number without trouble. This caused many to believe there were no blocks at all. In Memoirs I used the example of a convention booked at the Dolphin Hotel and discussed our investigation – the large convention of 900 attendees experienced the blocking; the smaller convention of 100 attendees did not. Back in those days there was also blocking at the central office level. I know this for fact as payphones on Disney property were also blocking the escort business numbers. The telephone company at that time was Vista United Telecommunications – the first all-digital telephone company in the world; however, in early 2001 Vista United was acquired by Smart City. More Advances brought new forms of Blocking

As time progressed so does the technology utilized by the blockers. Website blocking entered the equation and conventioneers searching for escort business websites hit a wall in Orlando area resorts. This later evolved into blocking using WiFi. But the issue with both was that some callers still got through when using a more advanced phone or not using the hotel's WiFi or saving the telephone number on the website before they left home. The Blockers found New Solutions

The practice of blocking escort service telephone numbers has certainly evolved since the early days, and even in the last year. We are dealing with an entirely different animal today. In my opinion there's a Lockheed Martin satellite involved and we have moved to an entirely different scale with added participants. If you live in Orlando you know who Big Brother is around here and I am not going to expound on that statement. Sound crazy?

I have a website that I have used in research for quite some time. Let me offer a sample of results from my ongoing research:

In late January of 2011 – the Golf Merchandise Show brought 45,000 people to International Drive and Disney resorts. This many people will fill-up many resorts in both areas, and then of course there were other smaller conventions going on at the same time. Result:

Not a single caller from any resort on International Drive or Lake Buena Vista / Disney area. Plenty of callers from out-of-the-way places, such as nearby Brevard County, Lake County, Volusia County, Polk County, and Seminole County. A handful of callers from deteriorated motels on the 192 strip in Kissimmee, but none from sizable resorts in Kissimmee or Osceola County.

The results are not believable, so it is a good thing that I have a couple of witnesses and take great notes for my research.

In February and March the same crap continued. We had many conventions in Orlando, including a list with 30,000+ attendees, and not a single phone call from anyone booked in any nice resort in Orange or Osceola counties. The website implements a tracking of sorts and was viewed an average of 600 times daily with at 200+ unique IP visits – that is daily! Some days the website had 1000+ visits. Yet not a single telephone call, even when switching telephone numbers and including a second number. It is as if the entire I-4 corridor through Orlando and Kissimmee has the numbers blocked, and that screams satellite.

I have one other party with an Orlando website to compare notes with. That party has experienced the same problems and still books calls, but the calls are the typical non-convention outside area calls. So is it busy? Sure, if you opened a service in Orlando to book drunk idiots out at UCF, men in groups in dumpy apartments, or people in surrounding counties.

As technology evolves, so do the blockers.

Looking Forward in 2011

Many that read this blog may consider me negative, or one that views the glass as half empty instead of half full. Is that an understatement? Perhaps as I haven't experienced much good in life since the day of my arrest on November 20, 2001. Yes, the jury acquitted me on both first degree felonies, but it was a day of extreme emotion and not a day of happiness and joy.

They did so much to me. Physical torture would have been more acceptable. It was also the years that led to the arrest. I was literally stalked by agents from the MBI, mainly Brant Rose (retired care of Florida taxpayers shortly after my trial), but he was ordered – a mere soldier in the War on Adult Business that was far from alone. Hell, by the time they arrested me I had no tears left and only anger remained. The tears came only when I was acquitted.

I have never been vindicated; not really. Sure, I am not in a Florida prison for the rest of my life or already dead in one, but that isn't vindication. I appreciate the fact that the jury really listened to the case for the entire two weeks of trial and paid attention to all that I stated in testimony. Still, I was left broken from the experience and clearly it rules all that I do, say, and write – even today, and it has been just over 9 years since arrest. I doubt that this will ever change.

I am still missing pieces of that puzzle. Who ordered the pursuit and arrest? Who is really behind the telephone line blocking that has gone on in Orlando since before I ever entered the picture in late 1992? The blocking has evolved with technology over the years, but like Eddie Munoz in Las Vegas has stated, “When 100,000 + people are in town for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the phone is ringing two or three times a day, you know you've got a problem.” It falls in the category of too damn obvious and it has for 20 years. That is a long time for a conspiracy to be ongoing.

I asked for answers in Memoirs because I need to finish the puzzle. Of course I have some answers and some educated guesses, but no proof. As far as I am concerned, the conspirators owe me $millions as they do Eddie in Las Vegas and many other escort business operators in Orlando and Las Vegas. There was also evidence of the blocks in several California cities, but I am totally out of touch on that.

The only time I have felt a semblance of vindication was after I discovered Eddie Munoz's various civil suits in state and federal court, and that discovery was in 2009. At least they cannot ridicule me and claim I have no clue what I'm talking about. Eddie and I do not really speak at the moment, but his existence (and many civil suits) saved my sanity and I will forever be thankful for that.

The investigation into the blocks has never ceased for me as I do not believe it has for Eddie Munoz. I doubt that I will be around to collect my $millions when the puzzle is solved, but my son will. He will pursue it in courts until he collects for all the lost money, the damage to his mother, the arrest and created case – every lousy fucking $dollar. Eventually conspiracies are exposed and the conspirators revealed. History is on my side whether time is or not.

The case was based on such flimsy evidence that the MBI and the State of Florida never even had enough evidence to get a wiretap or a search warrant. If any reader is aware of a RICO prosecution based on such a low level of evidence that a judge refused to sign a court order for a wiretap or a search warrant, please do step forward and name the case and the court. It is absolutely unheard of in legal circles. Prove me wrong – please.

So I move forward in 2011 with no more answers than I had in previous years. The anger is still there as is the sense of entitlement – I have paid my dues and I am entitled to answers to the missing pieces of the puzzle. Will I find those answers? We shall see.

When History is also the Present

A few days ago my anonymous attacker that claimed Memoirs was lies also included a statement that the story was old news. Actually the story was never news at all – not really – as my persecutors at the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) worked tirelessly to bury their dirty deeds and any reference to the telephone line blocking that has gone on for a minimum of 18 years.

There was indeed a change of the guard over at the MBI, but not until December of 2008, when former director William Lutz exited. Hell, his goodbye statement is still on the top of the main page of the MBI website which is otherwise unchanged since. The MBI victimized thousands during the course of the Lutz era, but Lutz was never alone, obviously. The line blocking continues and was joined by website blocking by 2007. That is what the champions of censorship do – they censor access to any telephone number or website that they choose. Read about the agency's past censorship pursuits in The Yellow Pages Fiasco.

When I have discussed The Bingo Racketeering Case in past it is because the case and the story are a part of history and a part of the present. Philip Leroy Furtney died in September of 2007; however, if all the money owed by the State to Furtney's estate has been paid the moment passed without fanfare. The Great Bingo Fiasco reveals the current state of the case in Orange County, Florida civil court under Case # 1995-CA-006890-O. The last entry on the docket sheet shows that there was a Satisfaction of Judgment filed by Furtney's estate on July 12, 2010. It was the mostly unpublicized case that continued for 15 long years. Whether this means that the estate has recovered the $millions owed or not is questionable.

I have occasionally discussed the ongoing situation with Operation Plastic Empire (MBI) and the case that started that ball rolling, Operation Out Call (IRS). Did you imagine that either of these messy cases were history for the hundreds of defendant-victims? Racketeering and credit card factoring convictions do not disappear and these people were wrongly prosecuted to begin with, as I stated in State as a Con Artist when explaining the new filings on this 1995 mess. Two of the defendants in the case disappeared prior to trial and there is still a Capias issued for each. Another 1996 case that really is still not resolved. The State of Florida case is Orange County, Florida Case # 1996-CF-011913-B, and the last file entry was made on March 10, 2010. The entry is an Order Denying Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Judgment of Conviction and Sentence. I seriously doubt that this was an ending, but know it has never ended for the list of defendants. Another case that I have discussed is the Fabozzi case – a case connected to Operation Plastic Empire (MBI) and Operation Out Call (IRS). This is Orange County, Florida case # 1996-CF-003504-A-O addressed in The Fabozzi Case. This MBI prosecution is really not history either – Joey Fabozzi is still on felony probation from the case and he did serve four years in a Florida prison. Do you think it's all history to him? His co-defendant and brother Carmine died shortly after his release from prison.

Of course I also refer to my own case and story often on my blog. Would anyone expect any different? My case is not history. I had two co-defendants – Beth Sams and Robert Mihalek (Rocky). This is Orange County, Florida case # 2001-CF-015492. Rocky served time in prison, but is still on felony probation until 2014 and must pay the assessed court and investigative costs monthly. If you care about what was done to Rocky that caused him to plead guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Racketeering (RICO), just read The State of Florida Drugs Its Witnesses. And what ever happened to Beth Sams? According to the records under her name, there was an AFFIDAVIT FOR VIOLATION OF PROBATION filed on February 11, 2008. According to the Florida Crime Information Center, there is still a Warrant issued for Beth for the Violation of Probation. Apparently she has hidden herself well – good for her!

One issue that is connected to all other issues except the Bingo case mess is the continued blocking in the resorts and hotels on International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, and Disney. If you doubt that the issue existed in past and still exists today, then it is only because you haven't done your homework. Memoirs is far from "old news" as my attacker asserted. Neither are Eddie Munoz's cases that are easily accessed in PACER.

There is also a list of cases that have yet to be resolved by plea or trial from the long, horrifying Lutz era of the MBI. It was only over in December of 2008. I think I will start bringing each of the remaining cases to the forefront here.

I always think about what people state when they personally attack me. I question the statements in my mind. I deleted the post as it was ridiculous and I refuse to argue with an anonymous idiot on my blog. I also question the attacker's agenda – Who is he or she? What is his reason in covering my story by referring to it all as lies? Why does he care so much that I post on this blog and attempt to sell my story? I have been attacked here in past by another escort service owner, but this time I feel it was different. My trial may have concluded with my acquittal by the jury in 2003, but the harassment sure didn't stop there, and actually I wrote the book at the end of 2008 because of the continuing harassment and the informants showing-up at my door. Is the attacker one of those informants, angry that the second edition has her real name? I am sure that I'll never know who specifically it is, but I do recognize the pattern of intent to discredit.

Cointelpro Still Alive and now Refined

I must reveal the hell that I have gone through in the last 10 days on various fronts. I have discussed several of the problems on a few forums because it was all surreal to me, until now. I get it. One poster, in an attempt to help me, suggested that my computer had a virus as no other explanation was plausible. Well guess what? The answer is an old one indeed and one that I am all too familiar with from the past.

Some Background First

Few readers of this blog have read Memoirs so I'll summarize it: It is not about escorts and escort services. It is all about escort service line blocks in Orlando area resorts during large conventions, my denouncement and investigation of the telephone number blocking since 1993, and of course my arrest, case, and trial on organized crime/racketeering charges that resulted in an acquittal by jury.

Throughout the years that I ran around screaming about the blocking I was painted as a paranoid nut. During the case that followed my arrest – yes, the case actually worsened post arrest – I was discredited on every forum possible with every person that had even a remote interest in my story. The personal attacks and discrediting varied according to what would be most effective in the particular situation. For example, the main case agent told both of my co-defendants that the entire case against all of us was because "Vicky filed a lawsuit against Disney," and they believed it enough to repeat it to a process server that then filed a sworn affidavit. Agent Rose said something to make it all really believable – it was no simple statement.

My competitors were told that I was an informant. According to several different people, Agent Rose stated, "How else do you think she has remained in business for so long?" Several competitors found it all believable enough to plead guilty in their own cases when Rose told them that I had made a lengthy (7 page) statement against them. Why didn't anyone ever demand to see this alleged statement? I have no idea, except perhaps that Rose was a great storyteller.

The one person that could have corroborated all that I state is dead. Well, my co-defendants could have also except that both are still under psychiatric care and drugged. The one totally sane person that experienced it all with me from 1995 through early 2008 was Suzanne Redfern (Dusty to me). She died of "pulmonary disease," and being the non-medical person that I am, I define that as being related to her excessive smoking. Dusty smoked cigarettes and marijuana almost non-stop for many years. I do not really doubt that this caused her death, but again, she was the one person that could corroborate, and even add to, every single statement that I have made.

The other person that experienced it all with me from late 1992 until late 1996, experienced so much hell in her life, including the suicide of her 17 year-old son, and was under psychiatric care until rather recently – within the last year. Her actual name is Lisa, but her alias in Memoirs is Kendall.

Several months prior to my trial, the state submitted a deposition by actual informant Theresa Ann Isaacs – she also has several aliases, but read Whatever Happened to Ann? for in-depth information on her. The statement was entirely false and I had little doubt that it was fed to Terri by Agent Brant Rose. I discuss it in the book, but it is so vile that I'm not going to restate it here. The purpose of the statement was to provoke hatred for me in anyone still defending me, and also perhaps to provoke my suicide (it almost did).

Since 1993, I have been viewed by so many people as paranoid and crazy when the topic of the telephone number blocks comes-up. Well guess what? Eddie Munoz of Las Vegas has pursued the telephone line block situation since 1993, with a list of cases filed in state and federal court in Nevada. Eddie investigated differently than I did – he documented the problems and had Sprint on the case 24/7 for years. His statements were also corroborated by other escort service owners in Las Vegas and former hacker/current security consultant Kevin Mitnick – in a court of law! Okay, enough on the background. What has transpired during the last 10 days?

Last Sunday I awoke to find several anomalies in relation to my website, my blogs, and each of my books. I am an Amazon Associate and love the Kindle, so when the new Wifi/Wifi-3G Kindle was announced in the news I ordered one and placed banners all over each blog and the website that click-through to Amazon if a person wants to order it. I would receive a commission if purchased through my banners. Anyway, after going to all the trouble to place these Kindle and Kindle book banners all over the place, I awoke to find something else entirely: marketing spam crap banners with "check your credit score free" and bouncy, jumping smiley faces everywhere. It was a mess. I spent the afternoon removing these banners everywhere because I hate spam crap.

Once I was finished removing all the banners I decided to check my book product pages in the Kindle store. Each ebook had two product pages – one published through Amazon Digital Text Platform (DTP) and the other was imported by Amazon from the Mobipocket publishing platform, and each also has a paperback product page on Amazon. The paperbacks have always been connected to the Kindle books – Amazon does this shortly after a book is published.

Well guess what? Each ebook product page for ebooks published through DTP now stated, "not currently available" and "pricing information not available". At this point in time, all except one is fixed: Blueprint for an Escort Service. It gets worse though – each ebook product page for the Mobipocket imports is a "404 Document Not Found" page with a link to Amazon's main page, and those ebook product pages will never return to the Amazon store.

The only thing that I did was lower the price on the ebooks published through DTP – people do this every day and it isn't supposed to cause a book to be unavailable for an entire week. I am paid for sales of the Mobipocket imports through Vendor Central, so I emailed them and later received the response that having duplicate product pages is a violation of the Terms of Service. I get that, but what I do not get is that each ebook has had a duplicate page since the day it was published – the first in April 2009. So what triggered the sudden removal?

To top all of that off, each paperback was now disconnected from its ebook in the Kindle store. It was if I never had any book available on Kindle. The one book is still disconnected from its unavailable ebook. At the same time – my ebooks are all available at the correct price in the UK Amazon Kindle store.

I also have each book in the Google Book Partners Program, which will soon be opening Google Editions – a Google ebook sales store. I attempted to change prices on these ebooks at the same time that I changed prices in the Kindle store – 10 days ago.

For the last 7 days I have been back and forth with Google Book Partners over my inability to change the prices – I click the "save and continue" button after changing the price, the button looks like it is depressing, but nothing changes – not when I am in the process and not the next day or the day after. The lady from Google doesn't get it either, so I'm not alone, and offered to enter all the information using a spreadsheet, but I haven't checked to see if that worked or not yet.

I have also been back and forth with tech support from Amazon's DTP and Vendor Central, and they do not understand why or how this happened to the DTP published ebooks. They do understand why it happened to the Mobipocket imports, but have no idea how or what triggered the issue. It is also not understandable that each ebook and paperback is available and connected in the UK Amazon store. I have also been back and forth with Author Central at Amazon over my disconnected paperbacks - they are fixed except for the one Blueprint book.

I never bothered contacting Amazon Associates over the spam banners as I found no reference to the problem on the Associate's forums – I sure don't need anyone else telling me that I have a virus in my computer because I DO NOT. Computer and telephone networks and issues were an area of expertise in past, so let's not even go there.

Oh - and I almost forgot to add that every other day during the 10 day period, I attempted to efile my son's 2009 tax return as he needs his refund - but guess what? It was rejected 5 times by IRS for not having the correct PIN to efile. The efile PIN is the previous year's Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and I even had my son dial IRS to confirm that we have the correct figure and OF COURSE we did. Still, no matter - it was rejected for an incorrect PIN 5 flippin' times in 10 days and showed a correct PIN in each case. I finally decided to mail it by certified mail.

On several occasions last week I also had serious trouble posting to this blog using Firefox or IE. At one point I gave-up, but later returned determined and posted via a different IP address. It is as if all efforts of writing and publishing since April of 2009 were being erased, one by one. Is someone angry with me? Has something I've written interfered with a scheme of one sort or another? I have always stated that the blocks could not exist except with the assistance of government and specific private parties. I was also arrested and put on trial on organized crime charges with evidence so flimsy that agents couldn't get a court order to wiretap or a search warrant – unheard of in legal circles; ask any attorney.

Today I read this article on the Examiner.com website: Wikileaks Cointelpro Wizzard of Oz or Whistleblower? by Deborah Dupre' –

According to the writer, well hell – she includes this note in the article:

Note: For the past 16 hours, the human rights reporter has experienced what resembles computer hacking. Her article to have been published this morning has repeatedly vanished each time "saved" in the publishing tool. Examiner technicians have been notified and can hopefully retrieve the data.

Cointelpro is alive and well and has merely evolved since the era of Martin Luther King, the Black Panthers, and the Vietnam War.

The Network Blockers and the Hotels

I have spent so many years of my life investigating the bizarre and sophisticated line blocking that is still ongoing at Orlando area resorts that I often feel as if abandoning the project is in my best interest. When I discovered that Eddie Munoz of Las Vegas has been on a similar trail for 17 years and approached the problem by documenting evidence and filing court cases, well, I felt vindicated in some small way. At least no one that has taken a few hours to read through his various case documents and the trial testimony can call Vicky crazy, and anyone that doesn't bother with the easy research is immaterial and has no leg to stand on here anyway.

Still to this day I am collecting statistics and have a front for a business that doesn't do business. It all exists for the research. The only booking that I've done is to cover the expenses of that research, and I am positive that I'd have little trouble proving that if it ever reaches such a point.

Sometimes I throw statements and assertions out there as a fishing line of sorts. Yes, I admit that. When I toss out my fishing line it is with the intention of provoking reaction. I collect more information on what transpires next and specific incidents that are new and an obvious result of my rouse. I am sure that Eddie Munoz in Las Vegas does the same. It all still always comes down to what I positively know, what I believe is probable, and what I consider a possibility.

It is my intention to explore the facts, the probabilities, and the possibilities in depth during the next couple of months or longer on this blog, tackling one issue and situation at a time. At the conclusion of each post I will label it accordingly.

It will be like solving a bizarre and sophisticated puzzle – one that top telephone company security techs have failed to resolve, so it will be some work. I would appreciate any possible insight from any direction and will publish comments that pertain to the situation. Consider this notice that the puzzle will be the central topic here for the foreseeable future.

Hotels Using WiFi to Block and Censor

Anyone that has read my Blueprint books knows that I have a website and a couple of telephone numbers that I have used extensively in research. I've been working on my other book concerning the wireless network blocking that began as PBX blocking so many years ago. For me the line block phenomena began back in 1992 when I opened my businesses in Orlando, though I've heard that it was already transpiring at that point.

This is more about how the blockers are going about it today. I included a chapter in Memoirs of an Accused Madam entitled "The Experiment" and referred to IP blocking as a method of blocking websites at that point in time, but this is about URL filtering and other tools and it is happening at all sizeable resorts in the Orlando area and all resorts in Disney World.

As a guest at one of theses hotels this should really bother you. Your hotel censors the internet for you, but sure doesn't admit to it. I know that my research website contains no porn or nudity type of content; it is a conservative website from any standpoint. Unless you appreciate book burnings this should be appalling to you, but wait till you read what they do with it.

There are numerous methods that hotel management utilizes in the quest to censor your internet, and several are too simple for comfort. McAfee makes URL filtering software called Webwasher URL Filter and brags of 64 categories that can be enabled, depending on your censorship needs. They state: "Undesired content of any kind can be managed within the categories of the filter database."

Another big hit with the hotels theses days is Antamedia HotSpot. As most people are aware, most smart phones on the market have WiFi connectivity. Since most potential clients are searching for information online with a smart phone, a netbook, or a laptop, all of this is great news to the censors at Orlando area resorts. Most likely this is occurring elsewhere also, though I only know for sure about issues in Las Vegas at this point.

Antamedia HotSpot enables the hotel to become the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for guests and others desiring access within a specified range. The software includes a feature that allows for forced customer data collection that can be used for collecting records or for marketing purposes. The software also has features such as website blocking that can redirect all blocked websites to the host's home page. URL tracking is another added feature – the hotel can log URL addresses that customers visit, along with their username, IP, MAC, and date and time when page was visited.

The most useful Antamedia HotSpot censorship tool is the ability to block access to websites that contain specified keywords in URL address, say for example, the term "escort". Of course this can be used with any specified keywords though. They also have a tool that can specify keywords which redirect the customer browser to another URL. They state: "For example, when customer enters competition brand name, browser will be redirected to your website."

Obviously search engines like Google index content with keywords, so all of this is bad news for restaurants, pizza places, transportation companies, taxi drivers, and who knows what else that is competing with hotels for guests' money. One thing about Disney is that they want guests to spend all money on the property, so imagine how this is probably being used to interrupt other local business.

The funny thing about censorship is that it sure doesn't stop at "escort services," and more likely that the "escorts" keyword was only the first of many URL filters. I used to speak with taxi and limousine drivers that were in business for themselves and had similar experiences to my own. Disney resorts only utilize one transportation company: Mears. As long as I can remember they've done their best to keep any other operating companies off property unless dropping off guests. Smaller pizza places have periodically reported similar troubles.

When big business is allowed to censor and block small business an open economy is severely diminished. It has gone far beyond playing Net Nanny. I may just pursue my legal options on this problem. It sure ain't legal!

Blocking Adult Businesses

Make no mistake – telephone line blocks, IP address blocks, and network blocks are still in full force in Orlando and Las Vegas during large conventions when hotels are booked solid with conventioneers. Of course I have little doubt that this is transpiring in other U.S. cities as well, but can't prove it as I'm not there checking it.


If there are 140,000 attendees at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January in Las Vegas and you own escort services, but the phones aren't ringing except for a random call here and there – mainly residences – you know there's a problem.

If all the better hotels and resorts in Lake Buena Vista/Disney are booked solid with convention attendees and you own escort services, but the phones aren't ringing except for a random call here and there – residences and off the beaten path calls – you've got to know that there's a problem.

When the phones ring, but the callers are all in Oviedo, out by UCF, in downtown hotels, in apartments in Kissimmee, or in Lake and Polk counties – and your service is called Orlando Escorts – you know you've got a problem.

Denial doesn't help solve the problem or make it go away. When the convention is over and you start receiving calls from all the great resorts out in family land or the convention resorts on International Drive (like the beautiful brand new Hilton) again, it serves as a vehicle to make you happy when there are no large conventions booked.

Although I still have not chosen a title, my soon to be released book is all about the blocks. They block in the PBX systems, they block IP addresses, and they block via the free WiFi at your hotel and the convention center. My new name for them is the network blockers. You can call me have laptop, will travel if your business is losing money and you just want to know. If you really do not care about the who, what, when, and where, but seek a solution to your problem, the story concludes with a workable one. I'm not quite finished yet – still have some research to do – and the book won't be published until June or July at this point.

If you're interested in censorship of business here in the good ole U.S. of A. and tire of hearing it all attributed to China, when you know it's lies, I think you will appreciate the research that I have conducted in the process of exposing an abhorrent practice in a so-called free country.

Really I'm only posting this to let you know that I'm still alive and on the case. In the next month or so I will title the book and announce it, but for the moment this is my explanation for my disappearance. Back to work I go…

Telephones and Blocks

I just noticed a comment on my blog from an anonymous reader that is either a foot in mouth statement, or comes from one of the few aware.

Anonymous stated:


"Your making a big deal over phone blocks. You really don't know how it is done? Not as smart as you thought, are you."

Considering the fact that the telephone line blocks in area resorts that I described thoroughly in Memoirs of an Accused Madam and have discussed on this blog occasionally have been denied at the highest levels, I must consider that this poster hasn't a clue. From the moment that I sat down and addressed the issues with Sprint's head of security in Orlando back in 1993, until basically today, each and every person, with the exception of a few victims in Las Vegas, have taken my statements as an opening to play the "Vicky is crazy" card.

In Orlando in the past other escort service owners knew that it was going on, as our joint pursuit of the blockers is described in Memoirs. In Las Vegas the matter has been pursued in federal court cases since 1993, with a recent new case.

Does "Anonymous" think that I am referring to a simplified PBX block in which any guest just can't dial a "blocked" number? Or is it a reference to a call-blocking feature of every telephone (landline and wireless)?

I will not presume that the poster meant anything, and instead will wait and see if I am contacted.

What I find most interesting about the comment is the blocks that I have referred to since 1993 have been denied by all except a few victims. Most escort service owners in Orlando and Las Vegas cannot even comprehend that there is a puzzle. The problem was denied by the infamous and allegedly intelligent MBI, the Statewide Prosecutor's Office, telephone company security at Vista United Telephone in Disney (now Smart City), Sprint Telephone under its various new names, AT&T, the now defunct Bellsouth, and all but one reader of Memoirs, and he happens to be in a tech field.

So Mr. or Ms. Anonymous, please do come forward and put me in my place. There is one answer or missing piece to this ongoing and evolving puzzle that I am still missing. Prove your level of knowledge and I will ask the question. Answer the question and several of us will pool our funds and pay you.

In short time you can gain recognition as having surpassed even Kevin Mitnick in the area of telephone security. You could name your price with the telcos as it has been stated in a court of law that none of the top security officials comprehend the problem - they admit it is transpiring, but are otherwise clueless.

I am waiting. We are waiting.

Telephone Problems Unresolved

In the course of my research this past week I must confirm that the telephone line blocks on escort services in Orlando are still in force, and I do this research often so I've managed to track a pattern. It's the same game as was described in earlier posts with the blocks being in place in particular resorts when there are medium to large conventions.


For this week my award for FCC violations, constitutional violations, and interference are awarded to the following Walt Disney World resorts: the Dolphin; the Swan; the Yacht Club; the Beach Club; and Boardwalk. Of course there is a list of other affected resorts, but these five win my weekly prize.


I'd also like to offer second place to a list of International Drive resorts: the Peabody; the Rosen Shingle Creek; the Rosen Plaza Hotel, the Rosen Center; the Quality Inn Plaza, Renaissance Sea World; Hyatt Place Orlando; and the brand new Hilton Orlando.

Of course there are many additional resorts that should be added to the awards list in both Disney and International Drive areas, but these places really stick out like a sore thumb this past 5 days due to occupancy rates and specific large convention bookings.

What is one common denominator of these blocking hotels?

The telephone company that services all needs from the PBX systems, to in-room internet, to wireless services. Oh, and the very same telephone company services the Orange County Convention Center and all resorts on Disney property. Without further adieu I will introduce Smart City! Now Smart City also has quite a presence in Las Vegas (go figure)! This enterprising company joined with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor's Authority to further develop a solid imprint in the industry, but I'll go ahead and assert that they were doing pretty good long before making that move, and that the company goes back to 1984. I must add that Smart City used to be Disney's Vista United Telecommunications, which was a limited liability company created by Disney before the buyout. I had to throw that in for good measure.

What is another common denominator? I'll give you a hint – it's all about theme parks, multi-media, and resorts, and it has a worldwide imprint.

What is an additional common denominator? Hint time: The name appears 3 times in the International Drive resort list, but actually owns four of the named resorts.

Yes, I know that I am quite the sarcastic ______ (you fill in blank), but you would be too if these people had robbed you for the last 17 years and set the dogs of war on you by doing their very best to see you buried in a Florida prison.

Telephones in my Life

It seems like telephones have been at the center of my universe for 16 years now, and to tell you the truth, I'm so tired of phones that I could live on a desert island and never touch one again – this is stated with both humor and sarcasm. But what I am even more tired of is the Vicky is crazy routine in relation to the escort service line-blocks, IP address blocks, and wireless services blocks. That routine has been used far too often since the day I landed at Sprint-United Telephone in Orlando, back in 1993. I was there to speak with the man at the top of security.

I so tired of the Vicky is crazy routine that I stopped investigating and talking about the blocks for a long time, and then of course I was too busy saving my life in the criminal case – the MBI did tell everyone from my mother to my co-defendants to their coerced witnesses that they were going to see me in a Florida prison for 30 years. So who had time to worry about line troubles? Yes indeed – that was much of the point of the created criminal case.

Even the 3 people that reviewed my book said nothing whatsoever about my pursuit and investigation of line block conspirators. How could they miss it? Part One is entirely about this pursuit, which leads to my arrest and the criminal case in Part Two. And once again, the story turns to the blocks in Part Three. Well, let's put the Vicky is crazy routine to rest here, because Vicky has had it with the ignorance and/or fear exhibited by too many.

While I was busy arguing with Sprint United Telephone in Orlando, Vista United Telephone in Disney World, management at the Swan and Dolphin resorts, the head of the Central Florida Concierge Association, and everyone else that I encountered in relation to the topic, there was a list of people in Las Vegas doing the very same thing. One of those people, Eddie Munoz, has been in court against the Public Services Commission (PSC), Sprint of Nevada, and Clark County since at least 1995 due to the escort service line blocks in Vegas. Others joined Eddie at first, in the case with the PSC, but eventually each jumped ship. Let's face it, after a while people are worn down and tire of being called crazy. In this case the people, myself included, were also financially drained and eventually broke from dealing with the mess. Isn't that what they count on though?

In my case they gave me something else to do with the criminal case – it was beyond overwhelming and anything but normal, as any attorney that had anything to do with it could affirm. Today Eddie in Las Vegas is still in court over it – new suits and federal court – and now they are handing him something else to do as well. I am also being pursued all over again, though I'm not really sure by who, or rather what group. The last pursuit was fought quietly – I never spoke to any reporter until after the trial, and even then the MBI (former director Lutz) just used it as a platform to paint an entirely different, and lie-filled, picture. This round will be loud – and every bit of the line-block conspiracy will be broadcast at the four corners of the earth. So go ahead – make my friggen day and create another false case. And for all of those law enforcement/soldiers involved this round, just note in your mind that I will scream and expose every illegal thing that you do to me, and then I'll write another book – only this time it will contain your real names.

It is also important to note that the line block conspiracy did not only pertain to escort services here in Orlando – I also heard from several small transportation company owners that they had the same problems. I would not be surprised if some pizza delivery operations could also make these claims, though I cannot confirm anything on that part. In Las Vegas the entire matter was handled differently – Eddie Munoz had Sprint on the case 24/7 for years, and they couldn't even figure it out. So did other escort service owners, an attorney, and a couple of bail bonds businesses. Here everyone just disappeared into the horizon because of the extreme interference of the MBI. The MBI did in fact play the interference card for the line block conspirators; whether knowingly or not is up for debate.

Even top-notch hacker Kevin Mitnick testified on behalf of Munoz. I admire Eddie Munoz – I just also know that if Sprint is to be blamed so is each telco in the area – so it is currently under consideration to file suit against each here in Orlando. I have been beaten down over the years – they've done so many things to me that few could even imagine, including create a false criminal record for me and call me a hooker on every possible forum – one did this yesterday, but the Orlando Sentinel deleted the comment and my response within 5 minutes. I'm not a friggen hooker and never have been, and I'm beyond over the discrediting lies. Oh, and the case had nothing to do with my promoting prostitution as they so quickly claim – jeez they are tops at making up garbage lies. The next one of them that calls me a pimp or a hooker on a blog gets their info subpoenaed and will be sued. It is why I blog as me, Vicky Gallas.

Insecure Telephone Networks

One fact that is exposed by my extensive and long-term research is that there are no telephone networks in the United States that are immune from the expert hackers involved in the ongoing conspiracy. The relentless efforts to block escort service telephone numbers from potential dialers at Orlando area conventions have indeed worked. Make of this what you wish.

I originally discovered the blocks in effect in the Stouffer Sea World resort – today this is the Renaissance Sea World – back in early 1993. Now the PBX in this resort at that time was a classic, and older, PBX and it was serviced by Bellsouth (now AT&T). The hotel also had Bellsouth Yellow Pages in the rooms at the time.

Before long I figured out that this was also transpiring on all the resorts on Disney property, most resorts in Lake Buena Vista, and the majority of better resorts in the International Drive area. Orlando is different than Las Vegas in this respect – some resorts are serviced by Bellsouth, which is now AT&T, and the rest are serviced by Sprint, which is now Embarq.

The problem is not specific to telephone companies though, as escort service websites are also blocked within a short time of being published on the internet. The IP addresses are blocked by a specific local ISP/telco that serves most area resorts in the convention area and on Disney property.

As if all of that is not enough, if you are in one of these area resorts at a convention of any size, you will not be able to reach any of these escort service telephone numbers from your wireless phone! I actually received the message from one conventioneer that he had been attempting to reach any service on his wireless phone for 3 entire days, yet was unable to accomplish this. The conventioneer was able to get through once the convention at the particular resort, the Hilton in Walt Disney World Village on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, was over, and his fellow conventioneers had returned to wherever they came from. This lone man just happened to plan a couple of extra days in our censored area. Is this because there are no services in Orlando resort areas? Hell no!

You've got to wonder what happens to all of these services, so I'll tell you. The services with advertisements in Embarq and A T&T yellow pages go away in not too much time. They cannot pay the heavy ad bills without the ability to book the conventioneers. Sure, they do some calls, but those calls are mostly what I refer to as the side crap: the residents in other areas that are not serviced by this particular, and unnamed, but not unknown, telephone company/ISP; the attendees of very small conventions; and the non-convention visitors. In that I have never been into booking the side crap and only went into the escort business in the Orlando area to book the attendees of major conventions, I did little business throughout. Some escort services do manage to make a great living out of this stuff though – but they also book calls throughout Central Florida, because trust me, they'd never survive by sticking with an Orlando and Orange County booking area. One cannot quote a decent rate with most of this side stuff either, so the escorts are most often less than one might expect in a major metropolitan area.

Clearly technology has evolved since 1993, and today I seriously doubt that any resorts have these classic old PBX systems. The conspiring hackers have evolved along with technology. Over the years there has also been hidden business periodically, and this was the hacker/conspirators profiteering from their blocks, and running their own escort services, though under-the-table of course. I am surprised that none of this has ever interested the IRS – but then perhaps the agency is not yet aware of the underground no-expense business going on in Orlando and Las Vegas. And now the conspirators no longer have the overzealous and relentless anti-escort service MBI running interference for them – oh what will they do??? My research on the topic truly makes a book.

What direction do we look for these dirty tax-evading culprits? Well, look at the main common denominator: the convention industry services in both cities. That is what Orlando and Las Vegas have in common. Add some telephone company, computer network, and wireless experts, and in Orlando you can also add the old MBI agenda whereas in Vegas you've got the mob element....
