Secret Service and Prostitutes in Colombia: The Real Scandal

I will go ahead and say what should be obvious to people around the world. The US military members and the Secret Service agents that picked-up prostitutes at a strip club or a bordello in Cartagena need to find the cheapskate moron among them that caused this entire scandal and out him. I have yet to see a name in any news reports.

What sort of an idiot is so cheap that he would rather watch this escalate as it has than fork over the lousy $50 he owed the prostitute? How did this dolt pass the necessary background checks to be in the Secret Service to begin with? What sort of fools does the US have in the Secret Service? Oh wait, I mentioned one in my last post.

Lesson to anyone representing the US government in a foreign country and procuring the services of a prostitute: Pay the prostitutes appropriately. That means add a tip. Never argue over the price that was already agreed to. Add a great tip!

I have seen that escalate into a fiasco in Orlando hotels, so surely no one intelligent enough to be in such a position to begin with would have the audacity to do it in a foreign country!

The idiot at fault here has cost many their government jobs and successfully made Americans connected to the government look cheap around the world. Prostitutes may indeed be wary of anyone connected to the US government on the next field trip boys. You have done a great disservice to your many colleagues.

The truth is that most men in such positions are mild, intelligent, and tip well. We do not know this particular idiot. Just ask any prostitute in the US, especially in Washington DC.

Now that, dear blog readers, is the real scandal. The poor woman!

The Megaupload - Kim Dotcom Case: Overkill

While browsing though cases in PACER this morning, I decided to take a quick look at the Megaupload / Kim Dotcom case. There are other defendants also and Kim is not alone. I chose to download a list of documents, mainly because so many other documents in this case have been sealed. What is with the lack of transparency?

I suppose that I initially believed this case to be valid, but I have now changed my mind. If you read my only other post about the Megaupload indictment and Kim's alleged part in the business, you are aware that I was happy to see the file sharing sites taken down, but at the same time I disagreed with prison or jail for the participants. Well, I suppose that this is still the way I feel, though I now consider the case to be serious overkill.

Racketeering? Really? He may as well have run a worldwide escort service. On the federal level a racketeering count is not as serious as it is in the State of Florida. Kim faces up to 5 years on that one count alone. I faced up to 30 years on that count in my Florida prosecution. Of course Kim Dotcom also faces various other counts. He really needs to ready himself to face a trial in the US, unless the government opts to make a great plea offer of course. However, it is unlikely that any such offer would involve no prison time.

What is going on with the many sealed documents in this case? I stared at a lengthy list of documents that were unavailable to me because they were sealed. This is what prompted me to download some documents that were available. I do not like the lack of transparency here.

Really I am sorry that I ever wished the man anything negative at all, regardless of anything else. This is an overwhelming and messy case care of the US government and often situations are not exactly as they seem to be at first look. Occupy Somewhere and Power to the People

Okay... I'm not positive that posting on this topic two days in a row is sensible, but I will admit that I am compelled to do it, so here I am. I'll keep it somewhat short and to the point.

So I've been doing my research and I still do not see any identifiable goals for this Occupy (a city near you) movement. Yes, I can grasp the points made as to what the protesters are angry about with serious attention to the bailout $s received by corporate America and the banks and predators / creditors. I agree. Beyond that, there are more important problems that beg for such an orchestrated movement receiving such friendly press. Indulge me as I name some of the many, please...

1. The US military machine is currently unleashing commando operations in more than 75 countries and before the end of the year that number will probably reach 120, according to the spokesman for US Special Operation Command (SOCOM). 2. The US occupation of Iraq. Saddam has not been in power since 2003, and that is when the last excuse of war and occupation could have possibly been valid. Of course the invasion was based on lies, but for the moment I'll get past that problem.
3. The US occupation of Afghanistan. As we are all aware, the invasion began in October of 2001 and there have been many troop escalations since. Apparently the US foreign policy advisers learned nothing whatsoever from the decade long mistake of the former Soviet Union. There are many schools of thought on what specifically led to the bankruptcy and subsequent dissolution of the USSR, and mine leans toward the Afghanistan debacle. But we knew how to do it so much better, right?
4. The arrest, psychological torture, and confinement of Bradley Manning for over 500 days without trial at this point. Sure, I read that a few of the Occupy (your city) participants mentioned Brad Manning, but that is not enough. He (if he did it) exposed the truth about this entire War on Terror, yet he's still in a cell and no one is held accountable. We the people had a right to the information released anyway.
5. US foreign policy. Enough said.

An Occupy movement for the first 4 of the 5 more important issues begging our attention today would have more obvious goals than the anti-banker sit-in that's currently preoccupying the people and the press. Of course without serious changes to US foreign policy (#5), the lasting effects would be minimal anyway.

And that is my viewpoint of the Occupy movement...

Understanding the Occupy Movement

It is not my intention here to downplay or criticize a well-orchestrated movement of any type, however, I would really like to understand what specifically this Occupy Wall Street (insert your city) movement is supposed to accomplish. The message is anti-banks and anti-capitalism – okay, neat and valid message – but the question is, what are the goals or intended end results here?

I don't like most banks anymore than the rest of you, though I do like the bank I have used the last few years. They don't overcharge for anything and they're always friendly. What in the hell else does anyone want?

I have always called the creditors “predators” and that's a fact of life. The fuzzy math used by any I have encountered has you paying 100% + interest, not the 8% they claim when you get an auto loan. This is why I no longer have any auto loans. I found a solution, but I won't be able to publish it here. *smile* Beyond that, what is to protest? The obvious solution is to not use credit.

This is a request for information if any reader is participating in the Occupy movement. Please be specific and list potential goals when you respond.

I am as socialist leaning as the average person today, perhaps even more so because of my horrific ordeal over my former business. Okay, I'll admit that sometimes I want to sign-up for anything and everything the state and feds offer in the way of social programs just so I can stick it to them; my way of saying screw you all. But then reality hits me and I realize that I appreciate the capitalist system and though I have met with far more roadblocks than most, I admire the entrepreneur, the person that turns an idea into income. I don't admire the wage slaves and I won't ever be one again, but I do empathize with anyone stuck in a low-pay hourly wage job; time to do something about it.

I also do not admire anyone that sucks the state and government programs for all they're worth instead of thinking and acting in an entrepreneurial environment. These days public servants (or so they're called) are the worst. In Florida we have DROP – Deferred Retirement Option Program – which amounts to cops and teachers and prosecutors getting paid their retirement pensions and working at the same job for the same pay or more. They are collecting double + the money and doing the same job. Time for each to go ahead and really retire.

There have been changes to DROP this year, but nothing like the changes we need. It is one of many reasons that Florida is broke. Imagine my thoughts when I found out that prosecutors get to suck the state dry and plot to kill (or so it feels anyway) people like me and the 12 from Eastern Europe (most from Moldova) charged with sex trafficking that are trying to support ourselves, and they do it all on the taxpayer $s. I am referring to THIS case, and it ain't sex trafficking anymore than most other similar recent cases. I may be mentioning the case because it has had some recent movement, but more on that later.

I am all for universal healthcare; however, I am also intelligent enough to know that it will never happen in the US. Let's not spend another $billion or more pretending that it might and we need a plan in case it does, okay? When it comes to healthcare for the poor and the uninsured with pre-existing conditions, the US is no better than any third world nation and it's probably worse than many. Face it – it is what it is.

I couldn't participate in anything that claims an anti-Wall Street agenda with good conscience anyway. I traded professionally for a few years (as classified by IRS) and loved the hell out of it. It's gambling, you know, and you win some and lose some, but the game is the ride no matter how great your calculations or predictions. So now you know that I gamble, but you should have already known that as a trial is always a gamble.

So what is this anti-banks movement about? Without a bank account one cannot purchase anything online. Don't even mention PayPal to me because that dumpy outfit is the worst bank around, worse than Bank of America, and that says much. It cannot possibly be about the big real estate crash, as if anyone with brains didn't see that coming long before it actually happened. Please feel free to fill me in on the agenda that I have missed here.

Is it about corporate greed? Well, time to research your economic history because corporate greed has existed for centuries and the US is not the only culprit. If you can't beat it, explore joining it, be entrepreneurial. As a 51 year-old adult, I have no intention of ever living in a commune and sharing my toothpaste with some dolt that can no longer suck from the state and federal government because all the money is gone.

What I have experienced is people living on all sorts of government programs or taking every $ they can grab from the state and federal government while knocking me for my attempts to be entrepreneurial. Get real.

The False Arrest of Strauss-Kahn

New York prosecutors ruined a man's career, reputation, and cost him a small fortune. Lucky for him that he has an understanding, intelligent wife or she would have deserted him too. The high profile arrest of former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn and the perp walk that he was subjected to for US media will not be forgotten by him or most of the rest of the world any time soon. They held Strauss-Kahn without bail in Rikers Island and then the media pursued him relentlessly from the moment he was finally granted bail and released.

I discussed this high profile arrest in Most in the US Convict on Charges Alone. Anyone in their right mind would assume that there was enough evidence to charge this man when prosecutors made the decision to do so, but they are worse than even I believed. This says more about the US criminal justice system than I could ever explain on this blog. It is truly one of the worst in the world and these particular prosecutors should be fired.

Cops and prosecutors are supposed to investigate before they arrest, with emphasis on before. What in the hell happened here? Why were they all so eager to jump the gun and put this man through living hell? In my opinion, Strauss-Kahn's attorneys should consider a 42 U.S.C. 1983 action for false arrest.

In my own 42 U.S.C. 1983 case filed against former sheriff Kevin Beary, former MBI director William Lutz, and former MBI agent Brant Rose, the federal judge ruled that while there was not enough evidence to convict, there was probable cause for arrest and therefore dismissal of my suit was granted. I appealed this decision to the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals and lost. It is common knowledge (to most attorneys anyway) that the 11^thCircuit is unfriendly to adult business plaintiffs in civil suits.

I have discussed the state's main witness in my case too often on this blog to bother again here, but suffice it to say that she was a real piece of work and not believable to anyone in their right mind. Between her (Theresa Isaacs) and the mere existence of a business account with Bank of America wherein escorts deposited fees, that federal judge (Anne Conway) decided that there was indeed probable cause. I must note that Conway made this decision less than a week after a lunch with former Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary, top cop in the US at that time. I will also note that Conway was appointed by a Bush – George H.W. Bush in 1991.

At the time of my prosecution by the Office of the Statewide Prosecutor (OSP), Jeb Bush was the Florida governor. Incidentally, the OSP works directly under the Florida Attorney General (AG); Bob Butterworth at the time that I was arrested. Of course the AG works directly with the governor. No one has even cared to investigate the implications involved in this chain of events. I have said it before and I will say it again: I was not arrested because of anything an escort did. I was arrested because of something an escort did not do. Quite frankly, and as I stated to the jury in testimony, I ain't their mommy, I wasn't present at the call, and I do not know or care what they did or didn't do - that would fall in the category of none of my damn business.

My main point here is that if such flimsy nothing evidence was considered “probable cause” in my case, New York prosecutors must have arrested Dominique Strauss-Kahn on nothing whatsoever except the word of one woman that they neglected to investigate. Now tell me what makes such a system “the best in the world” as so many Americans claim repeatedly... Can anyone explain that absurd distortion of reality?

The West Memphis 3 and Random Thoughts

I have around eight posts that were only half finished awaiting my attention; however, I haven't been well... flu-like symptoms. No big deal except that it is causing my mind to fog. In the meantime, I will offer some random thoughts on several situations in the news. I also decided that I will change the YouTube in the blog header at least a couple of times a week. Hopefully you will look forward to that as I am selective when it comes to what I watch.

At this moment the YouTube shows a news conference with the West Memphis Three: Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley Jr. They were all teens (two were juveniles) when convicted of murdering three eight year-old boys in West Memphis, Arkansas. Echols was sentenced to death in the case and Baldwin and Misskelley Jr. were both given life sentences. They were arrested, tried, and convicted with no evidence. Investigators, a prosecutor, the judge, and the jury all convicted these teens because they listened to heavy metal music and wore black often. The prosecutor painted a fictional picture of a satanic cult and the jury bought it because they wanted to.

I will summarize my thoughts on this case, which I also stated in comments on an Orlando Sentinel article on the topic:

I am really happy to hear that the West Memphis 3 have finally been released. I am really unhappy to hear that the state closed the case and the real killer(s) will never be prosecuted.

This case represents all that is wrong with the US criminal justice system, from the interrogations and coerced confession to the Alford pleas that releases the state from criminal misconduct and financial liability. And then, of course, is the fact that there is a brutal child killer (or 2) running loose. How many more have died because of bad cops and a bad prosecutor? We have no clue how many - what about other missing children cases? The sadistic murders of the three young boys didn't take place in a vacuum - not much doubt that the killer(s) went on in life to kill again.

Damien Echols wrote a book while in prison, though it is about his life before the case and not the case itself: Almost Home: My Life Story Vol 1. I admit that I am holding out for the Kindle edition to be released, and no, it isn't an elitist thing; it is an eyesight issue (with reading). So Damien, Jason, and Jessie – please do get a deal going for a ghost writer to write each book, or write it yourself, but make sure it is released for Kindle and Nook readers at the same time the hardcover is released. Thank you.

In other less important news...

Clearly Michele Bachmann is another Palin. Sure, they're both cute in a dress, but what the hell else are they good for in politics? Bachmann actually stated that, “Americans are nervous about the rise of the Soviet Union”. First we must wonder what Americans she is referring to. Newsflash baby: It has long been the former Soviet Union, with emphasis on former. Really – since dissolution in 1991. I think Bachmann would benefit from a return to college, but we sure as hell do not need her representing the country anymore than we need Palin, who eyes Russia from her porch. Good grief!

I am torn as to whether I will vote in the 2012 presidential election or not. I admit that I like Ron Paul and anyone else is out, so if I do decide to vote... I really do like Ron Paul, but the rest of them are all like talking heads and cutie pies. What in the hell is up with politics in this country? Our politicians are supposed to be some of the best in our society, but instead they're often some of the worst.

Okay, back to sleep for me. I'll tackle those half-finished posts in the coming week.

Justice American Style: The Release of Charles Graner

Though Charles Graner's release from the US military prison in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas made the news, the event passed without much fanfare in the US. It was big news in Iraq, understandably. Iraqi citizens are quoted in various news sources and the general consensus is disgust with a system that releases this torturer and abuser after just over 6 years in prison. Graner was sentenced to 10 years, but received time off for his good behavior in prison.

What could we expect? Ft. Leavenworth is a military prison and it is likely that Graner was a privileged and loved inmate there. Many are unaware that Charles Graner worked in corrections as a guard in Pennsylvania prior to heading to Iraq as an Army reservist. According to Mumia Abu Jamal, Graner was an abusive prison guard and he would know as Graner was a corrections officer in the maximum security prison that Jamal is incarcerated at.

If you read the Wikipedia bio of Charles Graner Jr. you will see the entry regarding his conduct as a prison guard. A couple of quotes from that bio:

“In 1998, a prisoner accused Graner and three other guards of planting a razor blade in his food, causing his mouth to bleed when he ate it.”

“Graner and four other guards were also accused of beating another prisoner who had deliberately flooded his cell, taunting anti-capital punishment protesters, using racial epithets and telling a Muslim inmate he had rubbed pork all over his tray of food."

And there is much more – those two incidents were far from the only ones. He also served in the USMC during Desert Storm. No telling what this sadist did to his victims back then as there's probably no one left to discuss it. Oh, and he also physically abused his now ex wife and threatened to kill her, later admitting to it all.

Can you see how this abusive piece of trash would be respected and loved by military personnel at Ft. Leavenworth? I'd bet he received special treatment, extra privileges, and was almost idolized by guards and prisoners alike. I would be willing to bet that he was allowed conjugal visits, off the record of course. So it should be easy to understand how he received almost 4 years off of his sentence for “good behavior”.

Next thing we know someone will be offering him a corrections position in a prison somewhere in this country or he may be allowed to re-enter the military – yes, this happens and I know that for fact. He could actually end-up back in the Middle East somewhere as a soldier.

We live in a sick place and we have one of the worst criminal justice systems in the world.

Executions in Orlando and Riots in London

In January 2010, nine Orange County, Florida sheriff's deputies executed 27 year-old Torey Breedlove in a hail of bullets. Over 130 rounds were fired at the unarmed man because he attempted to drive away and didn't stop and exit his vehicle when ordered. Breedlove was allegedly a car thief. Within a year all deputies were cleared by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the shooting determined to be justified by the agency and a grand jury.

How in the hell can they justify executing an alleged car thief that was unarmed? The way it works here, the deputies probably received commendations. Read more about the execution of Torey Breedlove HERE.

Back in January of 2004, Orange County Deputy Richard Mankewich shot and murdered 26 year-old Marvin Williams when Williams took off running during a traffic stop. Mankewich chased the unarmed Williams through a populated neighborhood near downtown Orlando, firing repeatedly, and all because he fled during a traffic stop. Sure Marvin Williams had a record and his driver's license wasn't exactly in order, but is that a valid reason to execute the man? Read more about the murder of Marvin Williams HERE.

Mankewich is better known for his 1997 traffic stop of a Miami police major traveling on the turnpike through Central Florida. Campbell is black and the case had major racial overtones since there was no valid reason for the traffic stop to begin with. Before the stop was over, and Campbell was arrested on a list of false charges, I am sure that he considered it more than possible that the good old boy cops intended to kill him.

Deputy Mankewich was promoted not long after he shot and murdered Marvin Williams. He also has an extensive record of complaints and at the time he killed Williams, there were 27 complaints of excessive use of force. Our lousy former sheriff, Kevin Beary, never bothered to investigate any of the complaints against his prize deputy. My main questions would be were all of Mankewich's victims black? If not, then what percentage were? Mankewich is more recently known for his odd and false arrest of a black juvenile that was later tossed out by the state attorney's office – read about that in Government Accountability.

There have been many more murders committed by Florida deputies during traffic stops in the last decade than anyone would care to admit and far too many in Orange County. When I was researching for a civil suit against Sheriff Beary et al. back in 2003, I found a lengthy list of cases in federal court files. In one particular case, a 16 year-old was electrocuted with 19 jolts from taser guns by 7 “John Doe” deputies. The deputies were referred to as John Does in the suit because Sheriff Beary ditched the police reports and all paperwork and the mother and her attorney could not even get the names of the deputies that murdered this unarmed teen. A lousy federal judge dismissed the suit; the same lousy judge that dismissed my own, if I recall correctly.

State and federal files here are full of dismissed cases against former Sheriff Beary for abuse, excessive force, and murder committed by his unruly deputies, though the Torey Breedlove case occurred on current Sheriff Demings watch as many more have also. These people do whatever the hell they want to do to the citizens, and they get away with it. They literally get away with murder.

In other news, rioters burned stores and attacked police over the shooting death of a motorist in Tottenham, a socially disadvantaged area in north London. Hey – at least the people in this area react to bad cops and police abuse, as they should. The police are supposed to be working for the citizens, not killing them. I haven't seen any normal reactions here since the riots after the cops that beat Rodney King were acquitted in trial back in 1992. What happened here? Perhaps it is exactly what I have been saying: Somewhere between 65% and 75% of the population is drugged and with these mind-numbing psychotropic drugs, fighting back is not an option; they'd rather watch trash on television.

Am I condoning rioting and looting? I don't know and if there is a better solution, please do inform me on the specifics. Filing complaints results in nothing whatsoever here and the complaints are ignored and tossed in the garbage. Filing lawsuits does absolutely nothing either – bad judges that work in a corrupt system simply dismiss the lawsuits for the bad cops. Grand juries manage to find justification for cops executing unarmed motorists. Been there and done that. You see, that is why I wrote Memoirs – to keep the information out there. Serious police misconduct and abuse involved in my case, but few even care to read about it and many more buy my Blueprint books – thanks, but totally beside the point.

In the US, police are rarely held accountable for their actions so they abuse the general population at will. Why not, right? Cops decide that actions by other cops are justified, even when it amounts to murder. Judges and courts give cops and the state a pass regularly in Florida. The FL Department of Corrections regularly sanctions any abusive actions by its own guards. We have the fox guarding the henhouse here - it is totally absurd!

Federal prosecutors in New Orleans are different today. They went after bad cops that murdered and covered-up murder and the people answered: Five cops all found guilty and facing decades in prison where they belong. Kudos to federal prosecutors in New Orleans for pursuing these bad cops that execute citizens! So, any thoughts on how we can hold them accountable for police misconduct, abuse, and murder of citizens?

I was arguing on a message board yesterday – something I do often these days – and the topic was a 17 year-old that supposedly committed suicide in a Florida Department of Corrections (DOC) hospital facility. Demetrius Jordan was found hanging in a cell. His family believes that it was not suicide and that he was beaten to death and the hanging a part of the cover-up. This may indeed be the case, but this was his 4^thtrip to the hospital facility, they were about to send him back to the DOC facility, and maybe he saw no hope and couldn't fathom a return to a facility wherein he has been beaten and abused so frequently.

Was Jordan's abuse at the hands of corrections staff or just on their watch? Either way it reveals negligence on the part of the staff and only to different degrees. He was a 17 year-old, a child, that these state minions claim to be protecting in so many other ways. How in the hell can a healthy teen require hospitalization on four separate occasions in the course of just over a year and someone in authority does not question and investigate it? Tell me how, please, because I will never get it. No one else posting in this discussion even cared and several thought that it was good that Jordan was dead. The article is HERE. Florida's juvenile facilities are some of the worst in the country and now many are run by G4S, formerly known as Wackenhut. Allow your child to end-up in a Florida juvenile facility and that child may never make it out of there. If by chance your child makes it out alive, the damage sustained will last a lifetime. Doubt what I'm saying? Read about The White House Boys Survivor's Organization. And yes, I know several people that were sent there too many years ago.

Get off the flippin' drugs people or get your heads out of the state's ass and start holding them accountable for their actions. 

Open an Escort Service in Baghdad

My Blueprint book could indeed be used to open and operate an escort business anywhere in the world, including Baghdad, Erbil, Islamabad, Kabul, Kuwait City, Mosul, Basrah, Kandahar, Peshawar, Lahore etc... Why let the war profiteers beat you to it? Oh I'm sure that the listed cities already have some form of an escort service already going, but why not professionalize it?

You may need to license it as an entertainment company and in some areas you may not need to license it at all. I'd bet that a party stripper company would go over rather well in Baghdad. Make sure to offer Strip-o-gram style costumed shows and escorts that offer social companionship for the Baghdad Embassy and Green Zone crowd. Where Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels, and Starwood go is where your escort business should be. Hell, even Best Western is in on the party.

If you Google the phrase, “Baghdad escorts” you will see listings for convoy and security escorts, but no escort services of this type yet. However, if you Google the phrase “Islamabad escorts” a company called VIP Dubai Escorts is listed, but they list cities all over the Middle East and beyond as cities of operation. And check those rates: 1 Hour = 3500 A.E.D. = $953 today!

By the way, VIP Dubai has a great website, but how viewable is it on an arrangement of smartphones? I'd have to test it to tell you (smile). Reaching users searching on a variety of wireless devices is really important these days, and probably more important in Baghdad than here.

It is time to jump-in if this interests you. You must view it as Marriott did, with the exception of the 2008 Islamabad bombing, and understand that it is all about business. You certainly would have a built-in market with the many contractors and high-ranking US military in the region. Trust me – this crowd calls, and they've got the $$$s these days. Isn't that what any business is about? Making money and doing business where the money is?

To get started with your plan you should first check out Iraq Business News. You will see a “Leisure and Tourism” category among many others. I couldn't find anything about adult business of any sort, but I consider it time to be a pioneer on this venture. Before you know it they will have such a category, or maybe not. I did note that Karbala will soon have a monorail system, which is more than we have here in Orlando.

I am amazed that only the one escort business shows in a variety of searches. I advise you to specialize in one location, like Baghdad for example, and beyond that to separate the party stripper business from the escort service. Creative Reasoning for Collateral Murder

I am watching the CNN show “Wikiwars” at this moment. I will reserve judgment on whether it could be classified as a documentary or just a show until it's over. It begins as an informative piece about Julian Assange, so the beginning is good; however, I reached the point where the US Army general is ripping apart the “collateral murder” video submitted to Wikileaks and using creative reasoning as to why the behavior of the US military personnel in the Apache copter is acceptable. I stopped the recording at the point that Adrian Lamo is introduced.

On the short portion about Lamo, I must conclude that the guy could have easily walked away from the chat with the person claiming to be Brad Manning. All that he had to do was not log-in and read, but instead he chose to play high profile informant and encourages the person on the other side to discuss Assange and the so-called classified material.

None of this should be “top secret” anyway, which is a central point of Wikileaks. It should be public information open to dissemination by the people. They award contracts in the $billions and solicit the unaware to join a false war based on a false premise. Sure they're mad as hell that they have been exposed for what they truly are. Absolutely.

So far it looks like every journalist that Assange worked with to publish the Afghanistan War logs has thrown him under the bus, except Mark Davis. Kaj Larsen is a particularly useful tool for the US government in this film as is Daniel Domscheit-Berg as they pursue throwing Assange under the bus together in a discussion concerning the case in Sweden against him and Assange “going berserk” when the documents were published. It should be clear that these were documents in a court case that has had one strange revelation after the other, beginning with the sudden push to prosecute.

Newsflash to Domscheit-Berg: Not wanting pretrial documents prepared by prosecutors publicly released is not “a contradiction,” and actually has nothing to do with releasing documents exposing government officials involved in a conspiracy to cover-up war crimes or documents that embarass. Some of us can see beyond a created criminal case that popped-up just in time to discredit Assange.

Back to the show...

Okay, so I consider it part show and part documentary. That federal grand jury convened in Alexandria, Virginia and the CIA's Wikileaks Task Force (WTF) [what the fuck to me] is looking for anything and everything to indict Julian Assange on. As I stated in an earlier post, when the government has little or no evidence and they want to indict, they go to grand juries in Alexandria and in the Middle District of Florida. These people would indeed indict a ham sandwich.

I get the point or reason for the existence of Anonymous, but to actually remain anonymous, interviews with pro-government journalists should be out. They'll out you in the end, and probably have already attempted to.

I also get the anger at Amazon for removing the Wikileaks sites from its servers, but then again, it is a private company that can choose who it does business with and who it doesn't. For me it brought to mind the many people that I refused to book as an escort business operator over the years. I couldn't imagine being forced to book everyone capable of dialing a phone. PayPal cleared-up their big mistake when they released the frozen Wikileaks account funds as they had no right to freeze it to begin with.

I also now empathize with Assange over the situation of the funds intended for Brad Manning's defense. Assange has been put between a rock and a hard place so we must look at those that put him there, not attempt to track every dollar. The Brad Manning case and Julian Assange's situation must be kept separate.

Drug War Profiteers not the usual suspects

When we think about who is profiting from the 40+ year failed War on Drugs, the usual list includes Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) and its profiteers / stockholders, anyone involved in law enforcement, and anyone working in the judicial and incarceration systems in the US. These groups of people are all surviving and profiting from the Drug War started so long ago, but there are others that are out of our line of sight that reap the huge profits in a failed war.

The list includes the same companies that profit from the War on Terror. Money that the US government doesn't even have is funneled to the same list of companies, with occasional name changes, in the form of private contracts. I view this as criminal collusion.

According to an article published in the Los Angeles Times yesterday and written by Brian Bennett, $billions are handed out in the form of US counter-narcotics contracts. The spending is largely unaccounted for and the dolts passing out the cash at the DoD unaware of what it's actually going for. The article is: Senate Report: Funds funneled to private contractors in drug war go untracked.

Most likely the privileged parties at the the DoD that pass out money like candy are handing it to pals in the war profit sector. In my opinion, this is a scheme they cooked-up together many years ago. Imprison anyone with any level of participation in drug sales, put the people to work in prisons across the US for a mere pittance, and sit back and watch the profits roll-in at the expense of all US taxpayers. What a scam!

So what companies are on that list of drug war profiteers receiving most contracts?

According to the report, DynCorp International Inc. received more than the other four combined between 2005 and 2009. DynCorp board of Directors includes a couple of retired military officers, but we could figure that without bothering to look. These are the people taking all the money the US government doesn't have to give and demanding that you bow in gratitude for their so-called service.

It turns out that the US military industrial complex that Eisenhower warned of in his 1961 farewell speech has far exceeded even his forecast. What an exciting and profitable time for all of the war profiteers!

Edit on June 12, 2011: I was doing additional research on the topic of high ranking military officers benefiting financially from war and came across this interesting article: From the Pentagon to the private sector. It is not as if I was unaware of this unethical practice, but more that I didn't realize how rampant it is. These people are raking in the money with all these wars they sell the people on. I'll say it again: What a scam!

Evolving Evidence in a Prodigious Whodunit

Now let me get this straight – Osama bin Laden, the alleged Al Qaeda September 11 mastermind, died of gunshot wounds when US Navy SEALS invaded his multi-million dollar mansion close to a military base in Pakistan on May 1, 2011, after successfully dodging a million+ US military personnel for an entire decade by hiding in the caves of Afghanistan and watching porn. Do I have the story correct?

First of all, that compound couldn't possibly have cost bin Laden or anyone else anywhere close to $multi-millions. I thought it looked like a dump in a not so great area. Has the Pakistan real estate market surged recently and we all missed it? Good – I'd bet many of the residents in that area would love to sell their properties for even half that. Where are all the real estate entrepreneurs when you really need them?

And then there is the quickly forgotten Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, also named the Al Qaeda September 11 mastermind. Remember – this guy confessed in front of one of their military tribunals at Guantanamo Bay. That is what they told us and I hold them to it, but he also confessed to a lengthy list of other crimes and events. KSM was a super busy guy. I wonder if he confessed to watching porn too? The list is available HERE.

I need to travel back in time for a moment though. Remember Saddam Hussein and the need to invade Iraq and find him at any cost? Remember Saddam's alleged connection to Al Qaeda and September 11^th? If you need to refresh your memory there are still an abundance of articles out there. If you find one that states Saddam watched porn, please let us know over here.

Well guess what – now we have Iran complicit in the events of September 11^th as well. Suddenly there's a surge of articles online that claim Iran worked with Al Qaeda and Hezbollah to engineer the attacks on that ever-elusive day. Families of September 11 victims have filed a civil suit demanding damages be paid by the Iranian government. According to the Jurist:

It is our expert opinion to a reasonable degree of professional certainty that the Iranian Regime's use of terror and, specifically, its material support of al Qaeda in multiple terrorist attacks, including 9/11, is beyond question.

Really? Beyond question? Get the hell out of here. Did they watch porn too?

So what is this all-powerful Al Qaeda anyway? I have seen it painted with various brushes over the years, but the description that usually stands is of a loosely-knit organization wherein members coordinate movements via one form of communication or another. The truth bears little resemblance to any of the stories, but you'll need to research it for yourself as it is not a part of my point, except for the official claim of worldwide connections.

Does anyone with any knowledge of US foreign policy in the Middle East actually believe that Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, and the Iranian government got together on anything whatsoever? If you could honestly answer this in the affirmative, do you also believe that they all got together to send 19 Saudi men to flight schools in the US with the goal of carrying out the events of September 11^th?

If you answered both questions in the affirmative I have a few really simple questions for you:

Don't you think there are flight schools in the Middle East somewhere? Why weren't these men trained before arrival instead of being left to enroll in rinky-dink flight training at various small schools in Florida or other areas of the US when they were required to fly jets and not small planes? Surely a man capable of hiding from a million+ military personnel over a decade could manage to get these guys some real training before they stepped foot on US soil, right?

Those are my simple questions of the month. Why get into how NORAD was completely useless or anything at all that requires thought when the simplest of questions cures the issue? Still, I must wonder if porn was involved and that's why NORAD was derelict in their duty.

What will the next story be and who will hold the next title of Al Qaeda 9/11 mastermind? It seems that someone is holding an annual drawing on the topic, or perhaps picking the next one from a hat filled with choices. Careful though - they're starting to include "watching porn" as the added alternate agenda, not to mention the claims of hijackers visiting adult men's clubs the day before.

Most in the US Convict on Charges Alone

In France the people are trying to understand how so many Americans convict upon arrest. After all, this is the legal system that is often referred to as the best in the world, right? Conviction is supposed to be by a jury or the result of a guilty plea and the cries heard around the world are innocent until proven guilty. What they left out was that police and prosecutors have all the power in the US criminal justice system and unless you're a cop, you will be convicted when arrested in the court of public opinion.

Hell, look at me – a jury said “not guilty” on all counts, but the majority of Americans convict me anyway. Why do you think I write books and attempt to support myself doing so? Furthermore, in Florida an arrest record is not erased when a jury acquits. I have no idea if this is the case in New York, or not.

The arrest of IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn in Manhattan is sending a message around the world. The part that I really do not comprehend is how they can justify holding him at Rikers Island with no bail. Let's not pretend that this man could hide even if he is out of the US, and Rikers is one of the most dangerous jails in this country. They also put him on suicide watch.

Strauss-Kahn has already been convicted in the court of public opinion in the US and his political career may well be over with, at least in so far as a presidential election goes. He has already been asked to resign from his high level position. It all rested on the judgment of a cop or two and a prosecutor or two or three. Can they make it stick in court is really their only question. Innocence or guilt has little to do with it.

Beyond that, in time he will be pushed into a plea deal of some sort. How so? It will be a simple issue of weighing the options as it is for so many here (around 95%). The deal offered could be probation and a fine or a year or two in prison versus a potential (or at least possible) sentence of 25+ years in a New York State prison if he loses at trial.

If he is a lucky man charges will be dismissed, but this is doubtful as once the decision to arrest a high profile person such as Strauss-Kahn has been made, it has already been reviewed by the prosecutor's office and they intend to prosecute.

So much for that myth of innocence until guilt is proven that so many live by here. May it never happen to you.

Masters of Deception

The internet has changed the world in the last 20 years as more people came online as each year passed. By 1999-2000, the number of people viewing news somewhere other than the mainstream published and syndicated sources, such as CNN and the New York Times, had increased exponentially. None of us are stuck with the news as they present it anymore. We can find any opinion that we seek on the internet and someone somewhere will agree with our viewpoint.

I recall a friend back in 1995 that believed the internet to be completely controlled by government and every move, word, and statement theirs for the tracking. She thought anything that we did or said online could be and eventually would be used against us; like it was one huge plot. She chastised me for having a website for my escort service back then and vowed to never experience the internet. She died in 2008, good to her word. She was Dusty in Memoirs; the escort that worked with me for a short time, was arrested by the MBI, and then left the country until her probation was over with, mailing in her payments to the state.

Dusty went to Europe and worked in clubs in various cities in Germany, Amsterdam, and in Geneva. Her family is German and she was on a mission to hire an attorney and have legal documents translated in her pursuit of land, art, and other property confiscated from her family by the US government following World War 2. She had been on a trail for several years at that point and had zero trust in the US government, believing its representatives had stolen her heritage. She died a poor woman and had no success in her pursuit.

I recall telling Dusty that it was a situation of “if you can't beat them, then join them” in relation to the internet. There was no way to stop technology and its availability so I considered it most intelligent to study networks, hacking, and later Carnivore. Before the MBI knew what Carnivore was, I knew exactly what it was capable of. I actually used to email one escort the client appointment information using PGP – does anyone remember what that is? I remember reading about the verbal attacks on PGP developer Phil Zimmermann in the news following September 11, 2001. There were actually people so stupid that they claimed PGP had a role in that day and attempted to shame him into placing a backdoor in the encryption program for the feds.

Not much doubt that Dusty was correct in her initial assessment of the situation. Today many that are now on-board (or rather online) consider people like Dusty and I conspiracy theorists. It is not my fault that they arrived 10+ years later and are clueless. Today we have the US military using software that creates multiple fake online personae with the main goal of spreading government propaganda and deceiving the general public. The US actually uses sock puppets to deceive the ignorant and spread propaganda. How crazy is that? I'd place bets that I have had arguments with one or more of their sock puppets, regardless of the the claim that the program is not yet implemented. It is so absurd that I must laugh.... (laugh break...). Okay – the worst part is that there are so many gullible people online these days that they buy it hook, line, and sinker. I stopped arguing with sock puppets long ago, so if you're that stupid then so be it – I do not intend to enlighten you. *smile*

And then there's Facebook. Julian Assange brought-up the tracking abilities of agents using Facebook recently. Let's face it – they must only be a friend of a friend to get started without the company's permission. I have 5 Facebook friends, so if you sent me a friend request and I never responded, this is why. I comment there on a rare occasion – maybe once every three or four months – and that is how I have always been. Nothing new here. I know someone that posted anything and everything there, and some people that still do.

Indeed, between the USA Patriot Act, the false War on Terror, US military sock puppets, and Facebook we are all tracked in America. However, I seriously doubt that it is any different in Canada or the EU. There is subterfuge around every corner, as they are just waiting, watching. It makes COINTELPRO look mild in comparison. They are the masters of deception.

The Real Conspiracy Theory

Sometimes I refrain from saying what I really want to say. I may drop a one-liner on a forum or in conversation, but I am often guilty of not saying what I really think. You may be thinking, Vicky, it can't get any worse than what I read on this blog. Well, yes it can; much worse if you want to view it that way. I am usually conservative with my statements on this blog, believe it or not.

Anyone that believes a team of Navy SEALS took out bin Laden in a compound in Pakistan is a fucking idiot. How is that to start with?

Anyone that believes bin Laden and “al-Qaeda” engineered the hijackings on September 11, 2001 and used 19 men from the Middle East with box cutters to do so is the real conspiracy theorist.

It is not as if the agents of the US government have not committed such black ops and false flag operations in history. I do not have the experience of being on mind-numbing prescription drugs that would enable me to believe differently. I am stuck in reality – and the reality of the last 10 years is that our government sucks and its agents are capable of absolutely anything. Take that to the bank – it would be worth more than President Obama's promise to withdraw all troops from Iraq and close Guantanamo.

I was a child when I lived in Paris and my father was personal driver to Army four-star General Lyman Lemnitzer when he was sent to replace General Lauris Norstad. Lemnitzer was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and it was John F. Kennedy that appointed General Lemnitzer to the position of SACEUR. This move transpired shortly after JFK was advised of the plan referred to as Operation Northwoods. All of my knowledge and research points to the fact that JFK was so appalled by the Operation Northwoods plan that he sent him to the European Command to get him out of Washington DC. It was not long after that JFK was assassinated.

As a child I used to play with the electric separator window in Lemnitzer's Mercedes as my father drove me around Paris in it.

It seems that many people in Eastern Europe access this blog and read. Reach into your memory of Cold War history and I know you will recall General Lemnitzer. If you are not familiar with Operation Northwoods, the documents were finally made accessible in the National Security Archive in 2001. It was close to 40 years before these documents were available to the public. I have personal memorabilia from this time in history and have conducted extensive research over the years. Some say this is the book that I should write instead of this escort business crap. I am guilty of attempting to make a living as few seem to care about war crimes and government misconduct these days. I came close to deleting all the posts on this blog tonight.

Will the Obama DOJ Indict Wikileaks Participants?

All along I have been reading the excellent coverage by Glenn Greenwald at Salon.com and the article I came across a couple of days ago reveals that there have been people connected to Wikileaks subpoenaed to testify before the Grand Jury in Alexandria, Virginia. It was in the news when a Grand Jury was convened to investigate and now here we are; we knew it wouldn't simply go away. The article is HERE.

An attorney that I met in South Texas back in late 2003 told me a story about being subpoenaed to testify before a federal grand jury in the Middle District of Florida. At the time, he was representing a client in a drug trafficking case in Central Florida. The feds were threatening to indict him when his client became a no show in the case.

He had his own attorney in the matter and was advised that he was probably damned if he did and damned if he didn't. This meant that he could always plead the 5th (Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination) and not answer questions, but it was likely that he would be indicted. He could also answer the questions and would probably be indicted if he chose to. It is like walking a tightrope.

A person that is subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury cannot have an attorney present during testimony. He decided to answer the questions honestly and not plead the 5th – they hate it when a person pleads the 5th and usually indict at that point. He was not indicted. He really couldn't believe that prosecutors in the Middle District of Florida would do this to him, but they did. He considered this area different and stated that this wouldn't have happened in South Texas. Indeed it is different, to say the least.

Alexandria, Virginia is different also. In late 2006, Dr. Sami Al-Arian was served a subpoena to testify before the Grand Jury in Alexandria even though his plea agreement in the lengthy and on-going case was clear that he would not be required to cooperate in any other federal witch-hunt. His entire case and trial in the Middle District of Florida was a witch-hunt with far-reaching allegations.

Dr. Al-Arian refused to testify and was subsequently charged with civil contempt of court. He spent 13 months in jail in Virginia before he was finally released from that charge in that place. In short time he was subpoenaed to testify once again and pursued until federal prosecutors charged him with criminal contempt of court in June of 2008. It was March of 2009 before a federal judge finally agreed with him that his plea agreement in the Middle District of Florida was binding and he couldn't be compelled to testify. The DOJ was claiming that the DOJ in Virginia was not a party to the DOJ in Tampa's plea bargain. Crazy, right? As if it isn't all one and the same DOJ!

Dr. Al-Arian is still under house arrest today. This is a case that has gone on since his early 2003 indictment. As I was on trial in Orlando, he was being indicted in the case in Tampa. And so many people claim that there are not political persecutions in the US?

Those that are subpoenaed to testify in connection to the Wikileaks investigation will have a choice, but is it really a choice at all? Each will be damned if they do and damned if they don't. Get ready for a replay of the Sami Al-Arian case as the DOJ scrambles to indict as many as possible, especially after the recent release of the Guantanamo Files. I haven't yet read through the documents, but that is because I already know the content. Most people that are awake in this country already know the content.

Few that stop by this blog know anything about me except how I feel about the US criminal justice system and its voluntary participants and perhaps many do not care. I have actually had people email me stating that they find my life story interesting and I must correct each as this terrible experience from Orlando is so far from my life story, but most of you guessed this much, hopefully.

I have not kept it a secret that I do not like life in the US and consider it a terrible place to end-up. If not for obligations in my life I would be long gone. I described my thoughts best in Third Culture Adults.

I have had a serious interest in history since a child and actually have over 70 undergraduate credits in history courses (76 I believe without actually looking).  At one point (in 2006) I had intended to exit forever – sometimes one must be where they want to be. It was my desire (it still is, I'm sure) to purchase a château outside of Paris and restore it, adhering to historical specifications. This is something that I studied in-depth. You see, you have already learned something new about me.

 Believe it or not, such properties (in need of restoration) can be found for less than many houses in upper middle-class neighborhoods here. What did I intend to do with this château once the work was completed? This was up for debate and dependent on investor ideas because I sure couldn't pay for it all by myself. I did actually have a couple of parties interested in the investment.

 Perhaps I would do something similar to what Pierre Cardin did with the Marquis de Sade's château (Lacoste). Really I considered turning it into a private member-only club with a helipad – you must use your imagination on the type of club; I did.

Bradley Manning's New Plight

According to the Bradley Manning Support Network, Brad now faces the death penalty for “aiding and abetting the enemy,” and we all must wonder what fucking enemy they're referring to. Read the list of charges added on March 1, 2011: Bradley Manning Facing Death Penalty Under New Charge of “Aiding the Enemy”

The US Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC) has added 22 additional counts in the Manning case. They claim that prosecutors do not intend to recommend the death penalty, but I do not buy it for a NY minute. These people want Brad Manning dead. Even his fellow service members want him dead. At least 50% of Americans have such an unreal level of ignorance that they also want him dead. At the very least, they will accept life in a United States Supermax prison – the prison of all prisons with no contact with the outside world ever.

And what enemy did he allegedly aid IF he is the Wikileaks leaker? No crap here – I read through many of the released documents and they weren't all that important. Can they actually do this because there is a feeling of embarrassment over their fake War on Terror? I am afraid that the answer is yes, they do whatever the hell they want. If you voted for Bush in 2000 or in 2004, you have succeeded in assisting these war happy, money-grubbing kooks ruin this country beyond any possibility of repair.

There is little left to say except if you have not donated to Bradley Manning's defense fund, please do so when possible. If you have donated, please appeal to your colleagues and friends. Don't desert this guy as his fellow soldiers have. The only good place to donate is through the Bradley Manning Support Network – you will see the big DONATE button on the website.

Most Corrupt Place on Earth

Disney is often referred to as the happiest place on earth, which is dubious at best and more likely an outright lie, unless you're a child with wealthy parents. The US is often referred to (by Americans anyway) as the land of the free and the home of the brave and is best known for its quest to spread democracy worldwide these days. You'd better watch out or we'll democratize you next!

To democratize sounds like an evil weapon that eliminates all in its path. Oh wait – it is, at least in the manner it is used today.

I have never encountered corruption as widespread as is obvious today. Everywhere you turn it is scams and bullshit artists disguised as sheep that want to lend a helping hand. The court system – civil and criminal – is one huge scam disguised as law and order in society for the misguided individuals (or wolves) that profit from it, enforce it, and participate in it. They have managed to suck the life out of the intentions of our Founding Fathers.

The creditors should be renamed the predators because that's what they are. The civil court system utilizes judicial assistants and process servers as corrupt as the predators they serve while judges cover their eyes or go golfing and pretend it all doesn't exist while the help rubber stamps their names on any documentation in front of their dirty, corrupt faces.

Anyone that ever believed we would have universal health care in the US should take a look at a home out in the Everglades – the wildlife comes right up to the door and it's so exciting!

I have a chronic health condition that I have dealt with since 1987. It was one of the main reasons I opened an escort service back in 1992 in Orlando. At the time I worked for Mears Transportation as a starter/dispatcher at Orlando International Airport (OIA). Mears is the main transportation company in Orlando and has the contracts to transport guests for Disney outside of Disney property. At the point I decided to open the service I had worked for Mears for 2 ½ years, but only for a year at OIA – I was a driver for the company and was promised health insurance within 90 days of changing positions, and so I did.

I would bother the airport manager monthly until finally I was given the answer that no pre-existing conditions would be covered. Well that's fucking worthless, right? Especially since it wasn't paid for by the company and I would have had money deducted from my barely stretchable paycheck. These people paid me around $8 per hour to deal with the flood of people arriving on the B-1 Delta station and coordinate vans and buses to the US Air B-2 station and the A-side.

I dealt with a radio used to contact the starters on B-2 and A-side, and a landline that rang off the hook from the old guy on B-2, a direct line to downtown dispatch, and of course the hundreds of passengers in front of me that had come from the Delta escalators. Oh, and airport rules were that any Mears passenger had to be off the dock (in a vehicle and out of there) within 20 minutes of initial contact with the Mears station. I won't neglect to mention that the company always ran out of vehicles in the airport between 11am and 1pm – never failed. This was in 1992 and hopefully they have a better grasp on it these days.

So all of that and they couldn't include fucking health insurance. Of course I always worked over 40 hours a week, so they sure couldn't call it part-time as so many businesses do today.

Back then I would have to go to the emergency room and sit for hours to get a refill of my necessary medicine for the chronic health condition. My income was too high (that's a joke) for any free clinic at the time and at $8 per hour, and being a single mom, of course I had no money to pay for lab work and doctor visits. Medicaid? Nope – income too high. They did give my son Medicaid, but it was worthless as no doctor (in the entire phone book) would accept a new patient.

Do you really wonder why I opted to open an escort service and get the hell out of the airport?

It wasn't too long after my arrest and trial that I ran out of medication and the doctors I had been seeing on a cash basis wouldn't refill me anymore without extensive lab work and office visits. They all insisted that the lab work must be done in their office and the lab cost alone was anywhere from $160 to $280, depending on the specific doctor's office I went to. Of course they absolutely fucking needed lab work every 1-3 months because of a claim that my tests were off. Nevermind that I have had to take this medication since 1987, and would have to take it until the day I died. Nevermind that I could actually go into a coma if I didn't take it.

I found a great clinic and a wonderful doctor that I went to for two years until the day they told me they could no longer help me as the contract had been given to this horrible place called the Brevard Health Alliance (BHA). For the entire 18 months that I was stuck going to BHA I never met a doctor, though there is a doctor's name on all the paperwork. I saw a nurse practitioner that was clueless as to what could (and did) happen when she chose to lower my dosage by 1/3 – she was so involved in her sister's condition, which was the opposite of my own, that she viewed slowing all of my organs down as better than speeding them up or attempting to regulate the dosage until the symptoms disappeared. Thanks a fucking lot Deborah Yesowitch and Leslie Hamilton.

Leslie Hamilton actually told me that my opinion didn't matter and that she did not want to hear about all of my symptoms and problems because of the lower dosage. Save the next patient by getting the hell out of medicine Ms. Hamilton. At least Yesowitch did care and believed she was doing the correct thing that was best for me. Someone might want to tell her that having all of your organs slowed to the point that you're sleeping 12 hours a day and feel like you're not even breathing at times isn't all that she might believe it to be.

I cannot neglect to mention that when I first went to BHA they refused to help me even though I was told that I was certainly eligible. They had a guard dog of a bitch in the lobby and I was far from the only one that couldn't get past her. There were lots of complaints, according to a private source. When the ER doctor refused to refill me and told me to go to a doctor's office at great expense, I gave-up and quit taking the medication for my chronic condition. I actually came about as close to a coma as one could get without crossing the line in the four months that followed. Eventually an administrator from the clinic I had gone to previously contacted someone and BHA helped me, but in the manner stated. They were angry from jumpstreet.

After a couple of years of deterioration I moved back to Orlando. For a year I was treated by wonderful doctors that donate their time through Florida Hospital. They treated me without issue. Why? Because it is a free clinic and the doctors donate time and one must sign a form that they understand no lawsuit is possible according to Florida statutes. In Florida a physician that is donating time or helping without compensation cannot be sued. This is fine by me as I never wanted to sue a doctor anyway – I simply needed my stupid medication refilled. Since I no longer reside in Orange County a return is not possible – one must have an Orange County residence. I have considered renting a closet.

So here I am in the same position again today. I did find a cheap place to have the lab work done, so no issue on that. If I chose to go to an ER they would only refill me once and give me a 30-day supply. That is it – again nevermind that it is a medication that I must take until the day I die. Same thing if I went to an Urgent Care clinic – one of those places where you pay $60-100 to see a nurse. One month supply and never come back again. I went to one today, but chose to skip it as one month of pills won't cure any issue in my case.

As a result of being undertreated for so long I'm a great candidate for congestive heart failure and various other organ and endocrine system disorders. Really I have the Brevard Health Alliance to thank for that, but then ultimately I must place the blame on the MBI and the State of Florida. At least I could pay for high dollar insurance or cash doctor visits before they came along and fucked-up my life. The only cure at this point is cash to see an endocrinologist on a regular basis.

The bottom line to all of that is there is definitely better health care in Cuba. So much for freedom and democracy.

I tried a return to booking escort calls, but living an hour away didn't work as for some strange reason the escorts thought I should be donating my time and resources so each could live well. With the exception of one person that wasn't available very often and left the state a while back, each did her best to beat me out of my fees with every call – you really couldn't imagine the wild stories I heard as reasoning. Now they're all on their own – I turned the website into a pay-for-an-ad site and I will never book a call for anyone again, mainly because they just didn't want to pay for my services. If I lived in Orlando and my health was better none would have gotten away with it for a minute. And I dont give a damn if anyone buys an ad or not - they could suffer over in the Backpage ghetto for all I care.

This has turned out to be lengthier than I originally intended. We could call it my rant and to summarize I'll say that 95 out of 100 people that I have encountered in this country are a walking scam, full of shit, a walking incurable disease, and a tiny peg in a corrupt system with no end in sight.

Wikileaks is under attack again. I must imagine that you've read about the federal grand jury in Virginia issuing subpoenas to Twitter and the US DOJ pressuring Facebook and Google. They want the names of supporters and record of all internet activities. Perhaps there is hope for me after all and the US government could be paying for that endocrinologist.

Craigslist Adult Services Eliminated Worldwide

Craigslist now officially has no "erotic services" or "adult services" categories worldwide. The event went almost unnoticed over the holiday weekend, unless of course you're one of those people that placed ads in adult categories outside of the US.

The company stated nothing in the news and one may only assume that it was the result of the US attack on adult ads and the work of anti-trafficking directives and groups. Obviously the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has a long reach, though Craigslist is a US company and that is where the effects are felt.

At this point Backpage still has these categories, but I have doubts that this will continue for long. This isn't the first post that I have made on the topic.

We should be clear here - it isn't sex trafficking that these people are concerned about; it is adult business. They utilize the valid cause of stopping sex trafficking to stop prostitution. To these groups prostitution and sex trafficking are one and the same thing. They must feel that women (or men for that matter) have no minds of their own and no rights with their own bodies.

According to the anti-trafficking groups all prostitutes are victims. Well, indeed we are all victims of our social and financial circumstances, but I do not see any of these groups that have worked so hard to put an end to adult business offering to pay the rent and bills. These idiots will claim that education is the answer. I have known many educated prostitutes in my time so I could confidently assert that this is total bullshit. These days a bachelor degree is of little assistance in gaining employment.

The anti-trafficking groups have used any and every situation that could possibly advance the cause. They'll tell you it's because of the Craigslist killer while assuming that you are too stupid to get the fact that so many more prostitutes were murdered after being picked-up on a street then could even be counted. For one example look at the Green River murders that continued for decades in Washington State. Of course there are many more examples.

What they did succeed at with the anti-prostitution crusade is eliminating an avenue for independent escorts to advertise. Most independents do not have the necessary knowledge to design their own websites and market themselves and the costs of professional design can be prohibitive. These same groups will tell you that all escorts are prostitutes and all services are fronts for prostitution. The truth is of little interest to these people, but then that's how it is with crusades.

For me they have created a new business model that I will call the appointment referral publisher for the moment. Perhaps I'll think of a better, and more distinct, category in the near future.
